William Davis is a partner with Taylor Nelson Slattery Bernard PL., where he defends businesses and professionals in a variety of contract and tort claims. His practice areas include professional negligence, transportation litigation, catastrophic accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, premises liability, products liability, contractual obligations and insurance coverage. Mr. Davis's experience with high-risk industrial operations began over 25 years ago when he worked as a roughneck and roustabout on offshore drilling rigs. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Transportation Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. from Auburn University and J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.

James Theisen is an attorney in the Rockford office of Hupy and Abraham, which specializes in personal injury cases and has helped more than 80,000 clients recover more than $2 billion in compensation. With more than two decades of experience handling personal injury claims, Mr. Theisen earned his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he received numerous awards including the Phi Delta Phi Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Ethics. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is licensed to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa.

Bradley Honnold is the founding partner of Goza & Honnold, LLC with more than 30 years of experience trying lawsuits and managing high-stakes litigation throughout the country. After 15 years as a defense attorney representing hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers, he switched to representing plaintiffs in 2005. His firm has represented thousands of clients in national litigations. Mr. Honnold has been named "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers for Medical Malpractice Law and is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D., both with distinction, from the University of Iowa.

Steven Vinick is of counsel with Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong Driscoll, P.C., with over 20 years of experience in personal injury law, medical malpractice, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on topics including civil litigation, automobile claims, depositions, and evidence. Mr. Vinick earned his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been honored as a Maryland Super Lawyer (2012–2026) and Top 100 Attorney in Maryland.

Paul Friedman is a member, head of litigation and senior counsel with Accident Law Group. He practices in medical malpractice, significant personal injury and ethics matters. Dr. Friedman is board-certified in civil pretrial practice advocacy and civil trial advocacy by NBOTA, and has been certified in injury and wrongful death litigation by the State Bar of Arizona since 1997. He is an associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates and a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Examiners. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law at Arizona State University.
