Jack R. Wallace
is a partner with Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP. He is an experienced litigator of labor and employment cases, with experience defending employers against nearly every type of employment-related lawsuit from small scale breach of contract actions to large multi-party discrimination and retaliation cases, as well as cases involving constitutional claims and tort claims. Mr. Wallace also represents employers before state and federal enforcement agencies, including the handling of wage and hour investigations and audits conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor and discrimination investigations conducted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The defense of class/collective actions under the FLSA and related state laws are a growing part of Mr. Wallace's practice. He is an experienced speaker and presenter on labor and employment law topics for HR professionals and business owners. Mr. Wallace earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida, College of Law.

Kathleen M. Nemechek
is an attorney at Berkowitz Oliver LLP, where her practice focuses on employment defense. She has obtained decisions in favor of clients in employment discrimination cases filed in state and federal courts and before a wide variety of state and federal agencies. Ms. Nemechek routinely represents employers in cases brought pursuant to Title VII, ADA, ADEA FMLA, OFCCP, and wage and hour laws. She received her bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. Ms. Nemechek is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Kansas, and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, U.S. District Court, District of Kansas, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and Missouri Bar Association.

Trevor M. Bond
is of counsel at Ogletree Deakins. He has represented businesses of varying sizes in pre-suit settlement negotiations and other matters, and in litigation pending in federal and state courts in Kansas and Missouri. He has tried multiple jury trials to a verdict, and has been the attorney developing the case strategy from case inception through trial. Mr. Bond has experience with and has obtained favorable results for clients on a variety of motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. He has extensive experience representing businesses in a variety of cases and pre-suit matters alleging employment discrimination, including those brought under federal and state law. Outside of the employment context, Mr. Bond has experience defending businesses faced with allegations of construction defects, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and violations of consumer protection laws. Outside of the litigation context, he has also counseled businesses on compliance issues related to accommodations, leave policies, and termination decisions. Mr. Bond earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Missouri, and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a member of the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Mr. Bond is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Missouri.
