Trevor M Bond is of counsel at Ogletree Deakins. He has represented businesses of varying sizes in pre-suit settlement negotiations and other matters, and in litigation pending in federal and state courts in Kansas and Missouri. He has tried multiple jury trials to a verdict, and has been the attorney developing the case strategy from case inception through trial. Mr. Bond has experience with and has obtained favorable results for clients on a variety of motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. He has extensive experience representing businesses in a variety of cases and pre-suit matters alleging employment discrimination, including those brought under federal and state law. Outside of the employment context, Mr. Bond has experience defending businesses faced with allegations of construction defects, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and violations of consumer protection laws. Outside of the litigation context, he has also counseled businesses on compliance issues related to accommodations, leave policies, and termination decisions. Mr. Bond earned his B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Missouri and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a member of the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. Mr. Bond is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Missouri.
