Emily C. Sheets
is of counsel at Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell, LLP where she is focusing her practice on construction litigation. She has managed complex litigation cases from initiation to trial. Ms. Sheets also has extensive experience helping corporations establish risk management strategies and drafting contracts to support business growth and liability limitation. She is an active member of the Claims Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Women's Lawyers Association, and Charleston Bar Association. Ms. Sheets focused her education at Regent University School of Law on alternative dispute resolution, contract drafting, and trial advocacy. She was the president of the American Bar Association Law School Division, treasurer of the Student Bar Association and a member of the Business Transactions Law Society and Federalist Society. Ms. Sheets earned her B.A. degree from North Carolina State University and her J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.

Peter Richard
is a trial attorney with Garmey Law. He practices primarily civil litigation; handling personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle, medical malpractice, product liability and financial consumer litigation cases. Mr. Richard has also handled high-profile criminal cases and trials, including being appointed to the Maine Homicide Specialized Case Panel. He has been featured by the media as a legal expert for high-profile criminal cases, and regularly teaches CLE seminars on litigation tactics and trial advocacy. Mr. Richard earned his J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law.

Dan T. Matrafajlo
is the managing member and lead partner with Beninato & Matrafajlo, Attorneys at Law, LLC. He has repeatedly achieved verdicts in the six figure range on verbal cases where the last offer to settle was as little as $1,500.00, and the property damage was described as minimal. In addition, Mr. Matrafajlo created legal precedent in the personal injury field of law with appellate decisions, such as Hardison v. King (381 N.J.Super. 129) and Frenklakh v. Lojek (Westlaw citation: 2007 WL 470640). His litigation results have been featured in New Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Matrafajlo earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Rider University and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney. He has represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. Mr. Ostermiller is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. He served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. Mr. Ostermiller earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Escum L. Moore, III
is a partner with Moore & Moore, PLLC, where his plaintiff's practice is focused on medical negligence and personal injury. He is a member of the Kentucky, Fayette County and American bar associations; Kentucky Justice Association; and American Justice Association. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice in Kentucky; and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky; and U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Centre College of Kentucky and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Moore is a director of Lawyer's Mutual Insurance Company of Kentucky and chairman of the Marketing Committee.
