Stephen J. O'Brien
is a attorney at Stephen J. O'Brien & Associates, LLC, where he focuses his practice on employee benefits, workers' compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, estates and wills, employment and labor disputes, and litigation and general civil practice. Mr. O'Brien earned his degree J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Latha M. Srinivasan
is with Lincoln Electric Company Global. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 20 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO, HR, AAP, corporate EEO issues, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance Group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws, and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA); and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. In addition, Ms. Srinivasan is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, certified as an Edison Electric Institute employment testing manager/lead, and has earned an internal Certification of Reliability Compliance Champion at her company. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in trial tactics.

is an attorney with Harris Law Firm, P.C. He practices in the areas of municipal law, bankruptcy, employment, civil rights, workers' compensation, and personal injury law. Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree, with high distinction, from Indiana University at Bloomington and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting; which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management, and Labor and Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Brittney C. Adams
is an associate with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she provides zealous representation to clients in complex commercial and employment litigation disputes. She has a breadth of experience in defending various individual and class actions lawsuits under both federal and state law, including but not limited to breach of contract, torts, wage and hour, product liability, misappropriation, defamation, and Sherman Act lawsuits. In addition, Ms. Adams also has extensive experience responding to employment administrative charges brought against employers by both state and federal agencies. She is also experienced in providing practical advice to employers regarding non-litigation employment matters, including drafting and revising employee handbooks, policies and employment contracts. Ms. Adams regularly provides workplace training on behalf of employers to employees regarding the impropriety of workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She also conducts investigations into allegations of workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and has served as a third-party consultant in compliance with various consent decrees. Ms. Adams earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Lethbridge and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University. She is committed to participating in the Spokane Volunteer Lawyers Program, and is a frequent judge of mock trial competitions at Gonzaga University. Ms. Adams serves as a mentor for other women entering the legal profession. She is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. Ms. Adams is admitted to practice in Washington, Montana, Idaho, U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington and Idaho District Federal Court.
