Michelle K. Floyd
is a partner at Rothberg Law Firm in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She practices in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and civil litigation. Ms. Floyd earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Anthony M. Stites
is a partner with Barrett McNagny LLP and represents business entities in all facets of their employment matters. On a daily basis, he works with human resource personnel and in-house counsel to prevent or solve problems in the employment arena. Clients that he works with regularly include Ashley Industrial Molding, New Millennium Building Systems, Micropulse, Steel Dynamics Inc., OmniSource, LLC, and Colwell General Inc. With an emphasis in the transportation and manufacturing sectors, Mr. Stites has presented hundreds of supervisor training sessions throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in strike activity and trial experience defending employers in all areas of employment matters. He serves as a mediator for alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Stites is a member of Allen County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and Indiana Bar Association Board of Directors. He received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Toledo and J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame.

John R. Panico
is a labor and employment attorney with the Indianapolis and Salt Lake City firm of Panico Law LLC. He concentrates his practice in employment litigation in federal and state court, and before Fair Employment Practice administrative agencies. Mr. Panico is admitted to practice law in Indiana, Utah and California, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals. He is an employment mediator and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Michigan Employment Relations Commission and Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. Mr. Panico has served as labor and employment counsel for the City of San Diego, general counsel for Magnesium Corporation of America, and has held senior-level corporate labor relations and human resources positions in manufacturing, healthcare, mining, mass transit, higher education, service and utilities organizations, in both the public and private sectors. He earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York, College at Old Westbury; his Master of Science, with distinction, from New York Institute of Technology; and his J.D. degree from Irvine University School of Law.

Tricia G. Bellich
is a partner with the national law firm of Lewis Brisbois. She has extensive experience handling workers' compensation and employment law matters through the appellate level in the states of Indiana and Illinois. Ms. Bellich has a diversified background handling civil litigation matters, including premises liability, commercial transportation and professional liability. She has substantial trial experience with numerous bench and jury trials throughout Indiana. Ms. Bellich is a frequent speaker throughout the country for various companies and organizations concerning claims handling, workers' compensation practice issues, employment law concerns, and workplace safety practices. She is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and the Indiana Worker's Compensation Institute. Ms. Bellich earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family, friends and rescue dogs, at a Chicago Bears game or cheering for the Indiana Hoosier basketball.

Laurie E. Martin
is a partner with Hoover Hull Turner LLP. She practices in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation and consulting, and ERISA litigation. Ms. Martin advises and defends employers facing claims, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, blacklisting or defamation, wage and hour disputes, enforcement of covenants not to compete, ERISA and benefit litigation and trade secret misappropriation; including representation in actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local agencies, and federal and state courts. She also represents large and small businesses, insurers, ERISA plans, health care providers and individuals in commercial disputes, including contract enforcement and interpretation, and business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Ms. Martin earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Butler University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Larry J. McKinney in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Martin is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to her areas of practice. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Martin is a member of the American, Seventh Circuit, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations.

Kathryn M. Cimera
is an attorney at Mallor Grodner Plummer LLP. She focuses her practice on advising and counseling employers on compliance with federal, state and local employment, equal opportunity laws, and benefit laws, as well as complaints involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. Ms. Cimera also has experience with ERISA compliance, and fiduciary obligations and board governance practices. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and California, and before the U.S District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. Ms. Cimera earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University, teaching employment law through the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
