Speaker bio
Joseph M. Holvey
is an attorney at Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado Law School where he earned a certificate in both American Indian Law and in Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy, and he served as an articles editor for the Colorado Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Review. Mr. Holvey earned his B.A. degree in ecology and evolutionary biology from the University of Colorado while he worked as an assistant lab technician in a soil crust ecology lab and competed as a member of the cross country and track programs. He began his career with a law firm in Albuquerque where he specialized in employment and labor matters on the Navajo Nation. Mr. Holvey then worked for the United States Department of Agriculture in the Office of General Counsel, Civil Rights, Labor and Employment Division, litigation section, where he engaged in employment, labor and civil rights litigation before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board administrative judges and in federal court. At Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg, his practice includes advising clients on management-side labor and employment law issues and handling employment and general litigation matters in state and federal court.

Natasha A. Martinez-Wesenberg
is an attorney at Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg. Her career is exclusively in civil litigation. Ms. Martinez-Wesenberg attended American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC and was admitted to the New Mexico bar in September of 2013. Prior to becoming a member of the New Mexico bar, she served as a clerking intern to the honorable Ronna L. Beck of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and interned with the FBI. One of Ms. Martinez-Wesenberg's areas of expertise is personal injury, having defended actions against the City of Albuquerque, State of New Mexico, and various personal insurance carriers. She has defended governmental entities both as assistant city attorney and in private practice with Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg.

Gary W. Boyle
is the founder of Boyle Law Office in Santa Fe, where his practice is focused in corporate law, family law and litigation. He currently serves as the virtual general counsel for ADL High Voltage, Inc. (Texas), EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia), and Flask, Inc. (New Mexico). Mr. Boyle maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico emphasizing family law. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, and in various federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Boyle earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
