Joseph M Holvey is an attorney at Wiggins, Williams & Wiggins, P.C.. He began his career with a law firm in Albuquerque where he specialized in employment and labor matters on the Navajo Nation. Mr. Holvey then worked for the United States Department of Agriculture in the Office of General Counsel, Civil Rights, Labor and Employment Division, litigation section, where he engaged in employment, labor and civil rights litigation before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board administrative judges and in federal court. At Wiggins, Williams & Wesenberg, his practice includes advising clients on management-side labor and employment law issues and handling employment and general litigation matters in state and federal court.
