Lindsay R. Janel
is a solo practitioner who operates her own practice in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey. She has a general practice, but focuses heavily on real estate, including purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, landlord tenant matters, land use, and lease agreements. Ms. Janel will also handle small municipal court matters and some civil litigation. A graduate of American University (B.A. degree in journalism, 2005) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. degree, 2008), she is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Anne L. H. Studholme
started her career at Hill Wallack and has been of counsel to Post Polak, PA, since 2014. A litigator with 30 years of experience in trial and appellate courts at all levels, state and federal, her practice emphasizes complex litigation: subdivisions and site plans, redevelopment, eminent domain, COAH/Mt. Laurel, disability rights, Fair Housing Act matters, RLUIPA (religious land use cases), class actions, environmental and commercial disputes, and civil RICO cases. Her main focus is inclusionary housing development. A Real-Estate-NJ Top Real Estate Attorney, Ms. Studholme has served as chairman of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and on the Advisory Committee of the Urban Land Institute of Northern New Jersey. In 2010, as a solo practitioner, she represented a nationwide consortium of disability-rights organizations as amici curiae in an appellate case of first impression, Betancourt v. Trinitas Hospital. Ms. Studholme earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University; her J.D. degree from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; and was a visiting scholar at Duke University, in constitutional law.

Jennifer M. Porter
is an attorney and the practice group leader of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC's redevelopment, land use and zoning group. Her ability to practice zoning and land use development law establishes her as a key player in helping clients expand into the regional real estate market. Ms. Porter represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to developers, owners and lessees of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties in all aspects of land use, zoning and development law. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, and her M.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Ms. Porter is a member of Essex County Bar Association; Connecticut State Bar Association, Planning and Zoning Section; National Women's Law Center, Former Leadership 35 Committee member; New Jersey State Bar Association, Land Use Law Section; New York State Bar Association, Municipal and Real Property Law sections; Pennsylvania State Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; and Young Community Development Professionals Association, Former Steering Committee member. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Rosemary Stone-Dougherty
is a partner at A.Y. Strauss LLC. She has vast experience in the areas of land use development, zoning and planning law, along with all aspects of both complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Stone-Dougherty earned her B.A. degree from Seton Hall University, her M.B.A. degree from W.P. Stillman School of Business-Seton Hall University and her J.D. degree from Seton Hall Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States of America and the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, Florida and New Jersey.
