is a partner based in the firm's Reno office. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, and is a member of the Bars of California, Nevada, and England and Wales. Mr. Samberg actively practices in both California and Nevada. In over forty years of lawyering, he has handled commercial, construction, and bankruptcy litigation, real estate disputes, creditor's rights, and tort cases in state, federal and bankruptcy courts across the country. Mr. Samberg has extensive experience handling automobile, motorcycle, train, and trucking personal injury and wrongful death matters. His commercial litigation practice includes complex commercial collections, as well as Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 adversary actions. Mr. Samberg's real estate litigation experience encompasses transactional disputes, as well as both commercial and residential construction defect claims. His arbitration, mediation, bench, and jury trial experience includes major injury, wrongful death, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation cases. From 1985 through 2007, Mr. Samberg was a founding member of a boutique civil litigation and trial practice in Los Angeles, handling commercial litigation and major injury/wrongful death cases. He was responsible for negotiating and documenting major customer contracts, regulatory and trade license compliance, credit and mechanic's lien counsel in major cases, and management of outside counsel. Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Samberg was a licensed private investigator. That background and training has proven invaluable in his litigation and trial practice. Mr. Samberg earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Southwestern University School of Law. As a Dean's Scholar, among other honors and achievements, he earned numerous American Jurisprudence Awards, and two national moot court championships. Upon graduating fourth in his class, Mr. Samberg received the ABOTA Award for Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice of Law (sole recipient from the graduating class), and admission to the National Chapter of the Order of Barristers. He is a strong proponent of pro bono service, and is a frequent speaker at educational seminars. In his spare time Mr. Samberg enjoys many outdoor activities, including off and on road motorcycling, and bicycling. He is also a NAUI divemaster emeritus.

is the founder of Fordham Forensics, Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia. He provides forensic accounting and computer forensic and e-discovery consulting services to attorneys in complex litigation cases nationwide. Although his cases have involved a wide range of labor-related issues like claims of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination, Mr. Fordham is most often involved in asserting or defending matters involving restrictive covenants and misappropriated trade secrets. He is a certified public accountant in Virginia and a certified internal auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Mr. Fordham has also added several professional certifications reflecting his computer forensic expertise, including certified computer examiner by the Internal Society of Forensic Computer Examiners. He earned his B.B.A. degree from Emory University in Atlanta.

He is a nationally recognized leader in complex corporate disputes, professional negligence cases, and liability issues that arise for property owners and managers, such as hotel chains, restaurants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings and other public venues. Since 1998, Mr. Gorby has served as the program chair for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (an affiliate of the University of Georgia), on the topic of premises liability. He is also the author of a popular legal treatise, Premises Liability in Georgia, which is published by Thomson Reuters/West, and which is now in its third edition. Mr. Gorby serves as an instructor/lecturer for Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) in the area of procuring government contracts, and is also a registered mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

is an attorney with Gohn Hankey & Berlage LLP. She is licensed in the Maryland and U.S. District of Maryland. Ms. Weimer practices focuses on general business litigation, ranging from commercial disputes to intellectual property, often representing small businesses. She specializes in equine law litigation. Ms. Weimer has experience in trials, arbitrations, and mediations, including successfully defending equine clients on appellate arguments. Prior to private practice, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Claria Horn Boom, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Kentucky. Ms. Weimer attended the University of Kentucky for her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Minor in German language, with honors, her Master of Arts in International Commerce and Intelligence and Security, and her Juris Doctorate degree. During law school, she served as the president of the Equine Law Society, was the first paid student legal assistant at the University of Kentucky Rosenberg Legal Clinic and was admitted to practice law on a limited license by the Kentucky Bar Association in her 3L year. Through her limited practice, Ms. Weimer volunteered outside her work and school hours to provide Pro Bono legal services, both through the Legal Clinic, and by volunteering in Eastern Kentucky after tragic flooding in August 2022. She also worked for the Kentucky Department of Agriculture for three years, specializing in international trade, and for the U.S. Department of Agriculture prior to that. Ms. Weimer is presently a member of the Maryland Bar Association, and currently serves as secretary to the Agricultural Law Section.
