Gery T. Nietupski
is with Law Offices of Nietupski Angelone LLC in Erie, Pennsylvania. He is an honors graduate of both John Carroll University and the Duquesne University School of Law. At Duquesne, Dr. Nietupski earned the law school's highest honor, the "Distinguished Student" award. He has taught a variety of classes at both Gannon and Edinboro University for over 40 years, and is a frequent and sought after lecturer for several professional employment organizations, including the Manufacturer and Business Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania. Dr. Nietupski focuses his extensive practice in representing employers and employees in their workplace relationships. He has negotiated approximately 80 labor contracts for management, has weathered nine strikes, and has litigated hundreds of cases before state and federal courts, as well as the NLRB, EEOC, OSHA, wage and hour and the PHRC.

Michael J. Needleman
is a partner in the Philadelphia Office of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP. He is a member of the Litigation, Insurance, Employment Practices, Franchise & Distribution and Corporate & Business Services Groups. Mr. Needleman has extensive experience handling insurance defense, insurance coverage, employment litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters, including litigating franchise dispute matters. He practices in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and District of Columbia, and has extensive trial experience. Mr. Needleman is a member of the Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and is occasionally appointed by the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to assist in civil rights cases. He earned his B.A. degree from American University and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

Kathryn L. Simpson
is a Shareholder with the law firm of Mette, Evans & Woodside. Ms. Simpson has handled a wide variety of cases focusing on commercial litigation, professional liability defense, labor and employment law, and health law. She also works proactively with clients to help them establish best practices and to recognize the potential for disputes so that they can be handled collaboratively before they result in litigation. Ms. Simpson is a former chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Federal Practice Committee and a past chair of the Professional Liability Committee. She is a former governor of Allegheny County's prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers and is a master and vice-president of the William W. Lipsitt Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is a member of the Dauphin, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. Ms. Simpson earned her J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh Law School, her B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and M.B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a frequent speaker and author of continuing legal education course materials for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Jennifer L. DeFlitch
is an attorney in the Pittsburgh office of Margolis Edelstein. She is a seasoned litigation attorney with over 15 years of experience. Ms. DeFlitch began her legal career in the energy sector, specializing in oil and gas law, before transitioning to criminal defense. For over eight years, she served at the Westmoreland County Public Defender's Office, where she managed a diverse caseload, from minor summary offenses to serious homicides, guiding clients through all stages of the legal process, including preliminary hearings and appeals. Ms. DeFlitch's trial experience is extensive, encompassing numerous non-jury and jury trials with significant successes. She is renowned for her vigorous defense strategies, often achieving case dismissals through pre-trial motions. Ms. DeFlitch is a dedicated educator at Westmoreland County Community College, where she teaches courses in legal research, writing, and estates and trusts. She earned her B.A. degree from Bucknell University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

is an attorney with in Margolis Edelstein's Employment and Labor Law group in Philadelphia. His legal practice is dedicated to representing employers in a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters, including cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and various statutory claims. With a focus on precision and a commitment to excellence, Daniel navigates the complexities of the legal landscape to provide effective counsel to our clients. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Daniel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jean S. Chetney, gaining valuable insights into family law dynamics within the New Jersey Superior Court's Chancery Division in Salem County. Mr. Renk earned his B.S. degree, cum laude from Peirce College and his J.D. degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Drexel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Gerald A. Connor
is a partner and trial attorney in the Scranton, Pennsylvania office of Margolis Edelstein, a full service multi-state litigation provider to the insurance industry, major corporations and governmental entities. He focuses his practice on casualty litigation, ranging from automobile and general liability claims to products liability, construction litigation and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Connor also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, intellectual property issues, municipal claims, and employment law. He has handled dozens of trials, administrative hearings and arbitrations to verdict, and is active at the appellate level in both state and federal court. Mr. Connor is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania bar associations. Additionally, Ms. Braile possesses extensive knowledge of Title IX and institutional response to sexual abuse, making her adept at helping clients navigate nuanced compliance issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she graduated with honors. During her time there, Ms. Braile also served as a staff writer and editor on the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
