is an attorney in the firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC in Indianapolis, Indiana; focusing primarily on family law, but can readily assist with tangential criminal matters to family law cases. He represents clients in varying family law issues, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, contempt proceedings, relocations, parenting time issues, juvenile paternity, guardianships, and more. During his time in law school, Mr. Biloy volunteered for the Indiana Kids' Program which served to tutor and mentor disadvantaged youth in Indiana. He has also participated in pro bono work with over sixty hours of volunteer work in the Marion County Criminal Courts. Mr. Biloy is a member of Indianapolis Bar Association and Hamilton County Bar Association, and values community outreach. is the founding partner at Bowen Ten Long & Bal, PC, in the Richmond Metropolitan area where she has concentrated her practice representing families in separation and divorce since 1988. Her practice experience embraces many areas of the law including general civil litigation, family law, landlord tenant matters and evictions, handling residential real estate closings, drafting wills and advising clients on small estate planning. Ms. Bowen also has represented small business owners and entrepreneurs with issues and concerns in regard to family law matters. She brings to her practice of law years of financial and business management experience to benefit clients in high asset and income divorce matters. Ms. Bowen has handled many high conflict (and low conflict) custody matters involving serious mental health issues and addiction. This experience supports her practice advising business clients and representing all parties in divorce litigation involving complex financial issues. Ms. Bowen is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Metro Richmond Family Law Bar Association and the Metropolitan Richmond Women’s Bar Association, local bar associations and the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts. Mr. Salvador has qualified and testified as an accounting expert witness for the Los Angeles Superior courts. He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from California State University - San Bernardino; professional certificates in advanced computer security, innovation and emerging technologies from Stanford University; and is currently attending Harvard University pursuing his M.A. degree in finance.
