is an attorney in the firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC in Indianapolis, Indiana; focusing primarily on family law, but can readily assist with tangential criminal matters to family law cases. He represents clients in varying family law issues, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, contempt proceedings, relocations, parenting time issues, juvenile paternity, guardianships, and more. During his time in law school, Mr. Biloy volunteered for the Indiana Kids' Program which served to tutor and mentor disadvantaged youth in Indiana. Her practice experience embraces many areas of the law including general civil litigation, family law, landlord tenant matters and evictions, handling residential real estate closings, drafting wills and advising clients on small estate planning. Ms. Bowen also has represented small business owners and entrepreneurs with issues and concerns in regard to family law matters.
