Craig M. Borowski
is a shareholder with Littler Mendelson, P.C., a global employment and labor law firm with more than 1,500 attorneys in 80 offices. He has litigated more than 250 employment cases in federal and state courts in 25 different states, including all facets of single plaintiff litigation, jury trials and appeals, as well as complex and multi-party litigation. Mr. Borowski regularly represents companies before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he has defended more than 400 charges before the agency. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; and the U.S. District courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, Central District of Illinois, and Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Borowski is a member of the American, Indiana and Indianapolis bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Joanie Winters
is an attorney with Winters Law Firm. She has over 30 years of management, human resources and legal experience. In 2003, Ms. Winters opened her law firm with a focus on labor and employment law. In addition to providing legal guidance to public and private employers, she serves as the county attorney Chester County. Ms. Winters worked as a human resources manager and consultant for more than ten years. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge as an adjunct professor at Winthrop University. Ms. Winters earned her bachelor's degree from Rosemont College and her J.D. degree from University of South Carolina.

Jared L. Buker
is an attorney with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, where he focuses his practice on workers' compensation, employment, labor, and administrative law. He counsels clients ranging from small businesses to national and international companies on issues involving workplace injuries, labor disputes, company policy, retaliation claims, intentional torts, FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA, and Fair Labor Standards Act. When working with a client, Mr. Buker starts by gaining an understanding of their business, including their short- and long-term goals, and he uses this information to craft a legal strategy that meets the client's short- and long-term needs. His experience includes practicing in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies like the Ohio Industrial Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Youngstown State University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School. While in law school, Mr. Buker was the executive articles editor of the Capital University Law Review, Volume 43, and recipient of the Dean's Excellence Award in 2013. He is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Cindy G. Cole Ettingoff
is an attorney with Ettingoff Law and Mediation. She is engaged in virtually every aspect of labor and employment law practice and has represented employers, employees, and unions in litigation, contract negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations. Ms. Ettingoff is a Rule 31 general civil mediator, family mediator, and mediator trainer, CPR mediator, FINRA mediator, and is listed on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee Mediator/Dispute Resolution Panel. She is a past chair of the Tennessee Bar Association ADR Section, immediate past president of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and member of the Mid-South Community and Justice Center Board. Ms. Ettingoff is a member of the American Bar Association (ADR, Labor and Employment Law, and Civil Rights and Social Justice sections), and served as a case reviewer for the FLSA, FLMA, or workers' compensation subsections' 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2021/2022 midwinter publications. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
