Ved Chitale
is an attorney at Andrews Myers, P.C. As a board-certified labor and employment attorney, he regularly advises clients on various labor and employment issues such as discrimination, trade secrets, non-competes, non-solicits, unfair labor practice charges, FMLA leave, benefits policies, employment manuals and policies, wage and hour laws, employment contracts, worker's compensation, WARN Act, OSHA, and more. Mr. Chitale routinely drafts employment manuals, employee wage and hour classification policies, employment contracts, severance agreements, bonus agreements and more in a manner that best protects his clients' interests. A significant portion of his practice involves dealing with government agencies such as the EEOC, Department of Labor, NLRB, DHS, OSHA and even the IRS. Mr. Chitale earned his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.

Ms. Balne was selected for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Professional Achievement Award. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Ramapo College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.

Kelly D. Rooksby
is the co-managing partner of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP's Spokane/Coeur d'Alene and Boise offices. She is licensed in Washington, Idaho and California. Ms. Rooksby is an experienced and tenacious litigator who practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment law, education law, and other related litigation matters. She defends against class actions, single-plaintiff lawsuits and administrative charges. She has extensive experience litigating complex business disputes across a variety of industries, including financial services, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and technology. Ms. Rooksby has represented clients in complex state and federal matters involving claims for breach of contract, torts, fraud, false advertising, alter ego, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, misappropriation, and equitable claims, among others. In her employment practice, she defends employers in lawsuits involving a variety of legal claims, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, unfair competition, and other workplace misconduct. Ms. Rooksby also dedicates her practice to consulting with clients to help them avoid litigation. is the founding member of the Law Offices of Kevin Michael Madden, P.L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, commercial litigation, business litigation, construction law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of Texas. Mr. Madden was the articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was the judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph James "Tad" Halbach, Jr., 333rd District Court, Harris County, Texas.
