Julie A. Moore
is president and founder of Employment Practices Group in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She founded EPG in 1998 to work with organizations on best practices of human resource management, consistent with the law and industry standards. Ms. Moore has been practicing law for 25 years in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She consults and advises on employment law and human resources issues; is retained as an independent investigator for alleged harassment and misconduct; drafts policies, procedures and handbooks; and represents employees and employers in workplace matters. Ms. Moore is frequently retained to offer expert witness testimony on workplace issues. She conducts in-house seminars for employers and speaks at employment seminars offered by the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Workplace Investigators, and other organizations. Ms. Moore has written many publications in legal and trade journals. She earned her B.A. degree from Boston College, summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Moore is a member of the American, New Hampshire (member, past chair, Labor & Employment Law Section) and Massachusetts bar associations. She is a former board member and conference chair for the Association of Workplace Investigators, board member and program chair for the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resources Association, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is also a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and has her SHRM-SCP. In 2013, Ms. Moore was nominated by her peers and inducted as a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys. She was also appointed by the Town of Wellesley to a 3-year term to the Human Resources Board (vice-chair), overseeing a staff of five employees.

Emeric J. Dwyer
is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA, and focuses his legal practice on conducting commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, intellectual property protection, and serving as general counsel to a variety of businesses. He has significant experience forming small and medium-sized businesses, and completing business and real estate transactions. Mr. Dwyer also advises clients on a wide variety of matters that arise in the course of operating a business, including employment issues, trademark and intellectual property protection, and corporate governance. When disputes arise, he represents clients throughout the litigation process, including bringing matters to trial. Mr. Dwyer earned his B.A. degree from Drake University and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law.

Edward J. Bonett, Jr.
is counsel in the Newark office of Genova Burns, LLC. He is a seasoned senior labor relations attorney whose focus is representing employers in union contract negotiations and unfair labor practice proceedings. With over two decades of experience at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in Philadelphia, Mr. Bonett has honed his skills in all facets of litigation, from investigating unfair labor practice charges to litigating National Labor Relations Act cases. With a wealth of experience in labor law and dispute resolution, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, Edward J. Bonett, Jr., Esq., Counsel, is a distinguished legal professional respected by peers on both the management and labor sides. Mr. Bonett is a confident litigator, public speaker, and persuasive legal writer. He earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University, his M.B.A. degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.

is an attorney with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP where she practices in employment law. Ms. Feltham earned her B.A. degree from Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. She is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division; Community Law Week - co-chair) and the North Carolina Bar Association. Ms. Feltham is admitted to practice in South Carolina, US District Court, District of South Carolina, North Carolina, Federal Western District of North Carolina, Federal Middle District of North Carolina and the Eastern District of North Carolina Federal Court.

Mark G. Valencia
is a director/shareholder with the law firm of Case Lombardi & Pettit in Honolulu. Mr. Valencia concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in complex litigation matters. He has successfully handled a number of complex litigation cases, including contract, insurance, tort, products liability, foreclosure, bankruptcy, land use, appellate, and employment law matters. In addition, Mr. Valencia has taught law as an adjunct professor at both the William S. Richardson School of Law , University of Hawai'i at Manoa and Hawai'i Pacific University. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Hawai'i - West Oahu and his J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.
