Thaddeus M. Boggs
is a partner at the Columbus office of Frost Brown Todd LLC, practicing in the government services practice group. His practice focuses on serving clients in the variety of areas affecting local government and development, with an emphasis on land use and economic development issues, including municipal annexation, development agreements, and zoning applications. Mr. Boggs also regularly advises clients concerning public records law, open meetings law, and public ethics laws. His litigation experience includes trial and appellate matters in diverse areas including taxation, election law, land-use, and public nuisance litigation. Mr. Boggs serves as general counsel to the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority and law director for the city of Canal Winchester, Ohio. He is a member of Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association (OMAA), International Municipal Lawyers Association, Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Boggs has been recognized in multiple practice areas as The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2021-2024). He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Miami University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

R. Joseph Wessendarp
is a solo practitioner in West Chester, who advises and defends private and public sector employers and businesses in labor and employment, workers' compensation, workplace health and safety regulatory compliance, discriminatory and retaliatory discharge, wage/hour issues, and collective bargaining. He practices before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative tribunals, and arbitrations. Mr. Wessendarp earned his B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit.

Andrew T. Fede
is Of Counsel with Archer & Greiner, P.C. He has more than 40 years of legal experience in practice areas including appellate litigation, commercial and governmental civil litigation, local government law, zoning and planning, employment law, estate planning and probate law, real estate law, real estate tax appeals, and constitutional law. He has served as the attorney for the Boroughs of Bogota, Maywood, and Norwood and as the attorney for the Township of Mahwah. Mr. Fede has been the planning board attorney, zoning board attorney, library board attorney, and special counsel in six other New Jersey municipalities. He has served as a certified mediator in the New Jersey Superior Court mediation program for civil, general equity, and probate cases; served as an arbitrator in the Bergen County Superior Court contract/commercial arbitration program; and has been appointed by several Superior Court judges to serve in cases as mediator, arbitrator, special master, and condemnation commissioner. Mr. Fede is an adjunct professor in the Department of Political Science and Law at Montclair State University and is the author of four books and many articles on legal topics. He is admitted to practice by the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He has argued many times before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, and five times before the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Fede earned his B.A. degree from Montclair State and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

is a Deputy Division Chief with the City of Atlanta Department of Law in the Litigation Division. She earned her B.A. degree from Duke University and her J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Ms. Strickland is admitted to practice in state, superior, and federal courts in the State of Georgia.

Kurt C. Garcia
is a sole practitioner with his company Garcia Law Firm, LLC located in Kenner, Louisiana. His primary areas of practice include litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis in municipal law including areas of urban planning, zoning, land use and injunctions. Mr. Garcia also handles matters involving business law, successions, wills, contracts law, non-profit organizations and personal injury. He is an adjunct professor in the Political Science Department at the University of New Orleans. Mr. Garcia is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He earned his B.A. and M.P.A. degrees from the University of New Orleans, and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Mr. Garcia is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Jefferson Parish Bar Association.
