Jeremy A. Stephenson
is a partner with the law firm of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he provides counseling and litigation services to management clients in employment and related corporate matters. He has successfully defended employers before administrative agencies around the country, and the state and federal courts in North Carolina, against claims of employment discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, wage and hour violations, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and related business litigation. Mr. Stephenson regularly publishes articles and is invited to speak on topics of employment law, litigation and trial tactics, insurance law, and corporate risk management topics. He is a recent past president of the Charlotte Area Society of Human Resource Managers and is currently the government affairs director for NCSHRM. Mr. Stephenson has extensive experience providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation services on employment practices liability insurance (EPLI), directors and officers (D&O), general liability (GL), errors and omissions (E&O), and other lines of coverage. He litigates in the state and federal courts of North Carolina in cases pertaining to professional liability, products liability, and other areas of civil and corporate liability. Mr. Stephenson earned his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Katherine Brustowicz
is an attorney at The Wagner Law Group. Her focus is in the practice areas of employment law, human resources, and civil litigation. Ms. Brustowicz's practice includes drafting employment-related policies and agreements, conducting employee and management training, and representing employers during audits. She also handles litigation in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in mediation and arbitration regarding issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship; including but not limited to those involving wage and overtime disputes, employment related contracts, compliance, discrimination, and harassment. Ms. Brustowicz earned her B.A. degree from Bates College and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.

Courtney E. Ward-Reichard
is an attorney with the law firm of Nilan Johnson Lewis PA in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is a veteran litigator who helps corporate clients avoid and defend high-profile national claims in employment, product liability, and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Ward-Reichard also spends time providing local trial counsel services. Licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin, she routinely supports attorneys, cases and clients in all three states. In addition to her client and trial work, Ms. Ward-Reichard serves as knowledge management and information research counsel for the firm. This internal-facing role utilizes her extensive skills in knowledge management, technology, factual and legal research, and eDiscovery, bringing efficiency, speed and cost-savings to what's often the most expensive part of litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College and her J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law.

Marcia S. Wagner
is the founder of The Wagner Law Group, a certified woman-owned and operated business, and one of the nation's largest and most highly regarded boutique law firms. She specializes in ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, employment, labor, human resources, personal law (estate planning and family), and investment management law. Ms. Wagner graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She is an authority on employee benefits matters, including qualified and non-qualified plans, fiduciary issues, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit arrangements. Ms. Wagner's experience in employee benefits includes plan design, drafting and preparation, compliance, tax planning and consultation on all aspects of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. She is associated with IRS Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities, Legg Mason Retirement Advisory Council, American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Harvard Law School, National Association of Professional Women, Advisory Board on Compensation Planning for Tax Management, Inc., Foundation for Fiduciary Studies, Joseph M. Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, and several others. Ms. Wagner is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, District of Columbia and New Hampshire.

Cassandra S. Fuller
is an associate at Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP, where she counsels and defends private employers and not-for-profit corporations across all labor and employment matters. Her experience addresses all matters of workplace discrimination and harassment, employee discipline, retaliation, termination, employee leave matters, and employment policy development. As a result of this experience, Ms. Fuller regularly conducts trainings on the prevention of unlawful harassment and other employment matters. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association. Ms. Fuller earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Providence College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, District of Massachusetts Federal Court, and the Northern, Southern and Eastern districts of New York Federal Court.

Jonathan T. Hyman
is a member of Wickens Herzer Panza's Litigation Department, chairperson of the Employment and Labor practice group, and serves on the firm's Board of Directors. He focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment law, providing businesses proactive solutions to solve their workforce problems and reactive solutions when they find themselves litigating against an employee or group of employees. Mr. Hyman also has extensive experience on more specialized labor and employment law issues such as wage and hour compliance, social media, cybersecurity, and other workplace technology concerns, affirmative action compliance, and union avoidance and labor relations. He is also one of the co-founders and co-practice group leaders of the firm's craft beer practice. In that capacity, Mr. Hyman helps brewers, brew pubs and restaurants, and businesses that serve the craft beer industry navigate their specialized business, legal, and regulatory issues. He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. Hyman is affiliated with Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Lake Ridge Academy, Workforce Magazine and Noonan Syndrome Foundation. He is admitted in the state of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern district of Ohio, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
