Grant W. Morrison
is a partner with Morrison & Morrison, L.C., located in Taylorsville, where he has focused his practice on criminal defense and domestic relations law for more than 30 years. He has been Rule 8 qualified for death penalty cases and has been involved in a number of high profile criminal defense cases. Mr. Morrison is a skilled trial attorney and has established a solid reputation for cross-examination, particularly in contested child custody cases against recommendations of child custody examiners. He is a member of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Morrison earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; his M.Ed. degree from the University of Utah; and his J.D. degree from Western State University College of Law.

Hon. Deborah Daniels
, retired Associate Circuit Judge, was on the bench for 12 years. She earned recognition as a judge for creating a video docket system so patients in mental health facilities don't have to be physically transported to the courthouse, and psychiatrists can give expert testimony remotely. Judge Daniels sits on a variety of court committees centered on improving and modernizing the functionality of Missouri's legal system. She received an Advanced Science and Technology Adjudication Resource Award in 2009. Judge Daniels earned her B.A., B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Kevin M. Madden
is the founding member of the Law Offices of Kevin Michael Madden, P.L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, commercial litigation, business litigation, construction law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of Texas. Mr. Madden was the articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was the judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph James "Tad" Halbach, Jr., 333rd District Court, Harris County, Texas. Mr. Madden is a member of the Houston Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his B.S. degree from the University of Houston and his J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
