Speaker bio
Stacey D. Mullins
is the deputy managing shareholder of GrayRobinson, P.A. in Boca Raton, Florida. She is a collaboratively-trained attorney with extensive experience in the area of marital and family law. Ms. Mullins is certified for practice by the Florida Supreme Court, as well as a family law mediator. Her approach is to focus on resolution of disputes, and avoiding litigation and court time if possible. Extraordinary dedication, intense case preparation, outstanding courtroom performance, and admirable integrity distinguish Ms. Mullins' work as an attorney. She emphasizes a team approach within her practice and serves her client's needs 24/7. Ms. Mullins is a member of South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association and on the National Borad of Directors, Sharsheret (2023-present). She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from University of Florida.

Nancy C. Richmond
is a partner of A.Y. Strauss and has over 25 years of experience exclusively practicing family law. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney. Ms. Richmond has experience handling any type of family law case, no matter how complex the issues may be. While being a fierce advocate, she is resolution oriented. Ms. Richmond has successfully settled, tried and arbitrated matters involving all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody and parenting time, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, relocation issues, adoptions, domestic violence as well as appellate practice. She has lectured attorneys on various family law topics with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and ATLA. Ms. Richmond earned her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, with a B.A. degree in international affairs with a concentration in Russian. While at the Dickinson School of Law, she was a member of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, for which she published an article, "Israel's Law of Return: Analysis of Its Evolution and Present Application."

Alan S. Funk
is a partner with Wechsler Becker, LLP in Seattle, a ten attorney firm exclusively practicing family law. He has been practicing family law since 1992, and has acted as a Title 26 guardian ad litem and a volunteer court appointed special advocate. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Willamette's College of Law. Mr. Funk is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the State Bar of California. His volunteer work includes Eastside Legal Clinic, an arbitrator on King County Mandatory Arbitration Panel, King County Superior Court Settlement Conference Master, an instructor for a King County "How to Finish Your Divorce" class, and a member of the King County Bar Association Courts and Judiciary Committee, and the Judicial Evaluations Committee. Mr. Funk is past secretary and then member of the King County Bar Association's Board of Trustees, past secretary of the King County Bar Association Family Law Section, past vice-chair of King County Bar Association Family Law Section, and past chairman of King County Bar Association Family Law Section.

Leonce A. Richard, III
is a partner at Dickinson Wright PLLC. He has been a certified specialist in family law since 2002, and has served as a pro tem judge and mediator in family law for the Maricopa County Superior Court. Mr. Richard's practice focuses almost exclusively on handling complex family law/domestic relations matters of all types, including divorce, legal separation, annulments, paternity, child custody and visitation; and various post-divorce matters such as modification and enforcement of child custody/visitation, modification and enforcement of child support and spousal maintenance; enforcement of judgments and decrees; and relocation of children. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Richard earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Arizona College of Law. Mr. Richard is an adjunct professor at ASU college of Law and was family law attorney of the year in 2019 for Arizona.

Michael J. Levy
is a Partner at Beermann LLP. He counsels clients on dissolution of marriage, legal separation, parenting issues including the allocation of parental responsibilities and child support, tax, spousal maintenance, parental alienation, and domestic violence. Mr. Levy has been recognized as a member of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys' Top 10 Under 40, Super Lawyers' 2020 and 2021 Illinois Rising Star Honoree, a Leading Lawyers 2020 Emerging Lawyer Honoree and was a member of the Inaugural Class for the Illinois State Bar Association's Leadership Academy. His publications include Income is Income: A Brief Look at In re Marriage of Solecki and Parties' Ability to Contract, Illinois State Bar Association Newsletter. After graduating in 2012 from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science, Mr. Levy went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2015, concentrating in family law. He was named to the Dean's List in 2013. While a student at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Mr. Levy participated in the Frank J. Remington Center's Restorative Justice Clinic. In addition to helping Wisconsin's incarcerated population navigate the difficult terrain of reconciling with the victims of their crimes, he received his first exposure to the practice of family law by assisting incarcerated individuals with family law matters. He concluded his tenure at UW Law by being awarded the 2014 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyer's Leonard Loeb Scholarship, given to a University of Wisconsin Law School student who demonstrates outstanding qualities and achievement in their law school career and an interest in the practice of family law. He serves as a member of the Illinois State Bar Associations Family Law Section Council and a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Levy is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
