G. Ware Cornell, Jr.
is a board-certified civil trial lawyer and circuit mediator in Weston, Florida where he primarily practices employment and personal injury law with the firm of Cornell & Associates, P.A. He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and is listed in Super Lawyers. Mr. Cornell served as the first senior law clerk for U.S. District Judge William M. Hoeveler in the Southern District of Florida. He is a graduate of University of Georgia School of Law.

Ronald J. Cohen
is a member of Lorium Law. He maintains a wide-ranging labor and employment and employee benefit practice handling all types of matters dealing with the employee-employer relationship. Mr. Cohen joined the firm in 2014 as chair of the Labor and Employment Practice. He has been practicing law in the areas of public pension, labor law and local government law since 1977. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cohen successfully ran his own firm handling pension, and labor and employment matters. He has successfully handled all matters of labor disputes, including wage and hour matters, employment discrimination, and unfair labor practices, non-compete agreements, and litigation of contract disputes. Mr. Cohen has handled numerous arbitrations, administrative cases, jury and non-jury trials, class actions and appeals, in both federal and state court. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, at the University of Florida, and his J.D. degree at the University of Miami School of Law.

D. Scott Crook
is a founding member and the managing partner of Crook Legal Group PLLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and labor, commercial litigation, appellate practice, land use, and water law. He is a member of both the Utah and Idaho state bars and has extensive experience in both states. Mr. Crook has spoken on or written articles about employment issues, local government law, boundary law, road and access law, jury selection, law firm management, and appellate practice. He is a member of the Utah State Bar; Employment and Labor Section, Litigation Section, Solo Small Firm & Rural Practice Section, and Appellate Practice Section. Mr. Crook earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Weber State and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University - J. Reuben Clark Law School.

is an attorney with in Margolis Edelstein's Employment and Labor Law group in Philadelphia. His legal practice is dedicated to representing employers in a wide spectrum of labor and employment matters, including cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and various statutory claims. With a focus on precision and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Renk navigates the complexities of the legal landscape to provide effective counsel to our clients. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jean S. Chetney, gaining valuable insights into family law dynamics within the New Jersey Superior Court's Chancery Division in Salem County. Emily M. Clites
is an attorney with Margolis Edelstein in the firm's Pittsburgh office where she focuses on labor and employment law, defending public and private employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation cases. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Ms. Clites worked for a firm throughout law school where she primarily focused on administrative law and civil litigation. During law school, she participated in the Veteran's Clinic, which provided legal assistance to veterans within the Allegheny County Veterans Court. Ms. Clites was also selected to be a junior staff member for the Energy and Environmental Law Journal in her second year, and later served as the journal's executive production editor during her third year. Additionally, during her third year, she was an active participant in the Student Bar Association, serving as a senator; and held a position as a teaching assistant for business associations. Ms. Clites was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Sales. She graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh with Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science, Communications, and Legal Studies; along with a certificate in Corporate and Community Relations. Ms. Clites is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

is the founding member of the Law Offices of Kevin Michael Madden, P.L.L.C., where he practices in the areas of civil trial practice, commercial litigation, business litigation, construction law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern districts of Texas. Mr. Madden was the articles editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. He was the judicial intern to the Honorable David Hittner, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph James "Tad" Halbach, Jr., 333rd District Court, Harris County, Texas.
