Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Kathleen M. Erickson
is a partner with the law firm of O'Neill McFadden & Willett. She focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense and has extensive experience handling medical malpractice and healthcare defense matters. Ms. Erickson works with her clients through all phases of litigation, including investigation, motion practice, written and oral discovery, and trial. She represents hospitals and individual health care providers before medical review panels, in court and on appeal. Ms. Erickson earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Lake County Indiana Bar Association.

Steven M. Cohen
is Litigation Chair at Tiveron Law PLLC. He has successfully tried civil and criminal cases for over 35 years in both State and Federal Courts. In addition to corporate and individual litigation clients, Mr. Cohen regularly both represents and sues local, state, and federal law enforcement officers from numerous agencies, in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings. Admitted to practice in the states of New York and Pennsylvania, he has been admitted pro hac vice to conduct trials in many other state and federal jurisdictions. Mr. Cohen is often brought in as special trial counsel by other law firms in civil rights and complex litigation cases. He has appeared, and his cases have been featured on local and national media, including Good Morning America, Dateline NBC, 24 Hours, CNN, Dr. Drew, Neil Cavuto, and Geraldo Rivera. In addition, Mr. Cohen's cases have been featured in the New York Law Journal, National Law Journal, Buffalo Law Journal, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and Associated Press outlets. He is independent ethics counsel to the New York Judiciary. He earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook and his J.D. degree from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.

is a member of Lonardo Forte & Trudeau LLP. He is a lifetime fellow of the Rhode Island Bar Foundation, as well as a fellow of the American Bar Association. Mr. Delaney is a member of the Rhode Island Supreme Court's MCLE Committee and the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York State, Pennsylvania and Connecticut bar associations. He earned his A.B. degree from the University of Notre Dame; his M.B.A. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University; and his LL.M. degree from the Morin Center, Boston University School of Law.

is the founder of DobinLaw, P.S. in Kirkland, Washington (formerly known as DobinLaw, P.A. in Port St. Lucie, Florida). He practices in the areas of securities litigation, securities arbitration, consumer rights, arbitration, mediation and labor and employment. Mr. Dobin is a member of the King County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association and The Florida Bar. He is admitted in the states of Washington and Florida, as well as the Southern and Middle districts of Florida and Western District of Washington. Mr. Dobin is an arbitrator and mediator for FINRA Dispute Resolution, Inc. and is on the Commercial and Consumer Panels of the American Arbitration Association. He is a former trustee for the Town of Jupiter Police Officers' Pension Plan. Mr. Dobin was designated as a Super Lawyer in Florida in the area of securities arbitration from 2021-2024. He earned his B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. degree from New York Law School.
