Daniel R. Fuerst
is an attorney at Moore & Van Allen. He has an extensive motions and litigation practice in South Carolina state and federal court in diverse areas of law, including commercial litigation, general liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, professional malpractice and ethics, premises liability, products liability, and civil rights. He has successfully obtained pre-discovery dismissal and summary judgment in dozens of cases on behalf of individuals, businesses, non-profits, health care providers, and governmental entities. He has been recognized by his peers as among the 2022 and 2023 Legal Elite in the Charleston Business Magazine. Additionally, he co-authored the South Carolina School Resource Officer Manual (2017 Edition) and was a member of the Charleston County Bar Association's Engagement Committee in 2017 and 2018. He earned his B.A degree cum laude from College of Charleston and his J.D degree cum laude from Charleston School of Law.

James R. Andreen
is a shareholder for the law firm for Erstad & Riemer PA, where he is a trial and appellate lawyer, mainly in the areas of employment and civil rights. He is a member of the Federal, Hennepin County and Minnesota State bar associations; as well as the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Andreen earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law.

Daniel A. Griffith
is the managing attorney of Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP's Delaware office, and co-head of the firm's Tort and Insurance Litigation Department. He specializes in the areas of commercial litigation and professional liability defense, with a concentration in the defense of municipal liability matters, particularly those involving alleged police misconduct. Mr. Griffith has defended police officers from approximately 15 Delaware municipalities, in claims ranging from Fourth Amendment search and seizure issues, to excessive force claims involving tasers and/or canines. He has significant trial experience in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Griffith has tried cases in a wide variety of areas including copyright infringement, insurance coverage/bad faith, employment discrimination, municipal liability, civil rights, and professional negligence. In addition to representing professionals (attorneys, insurance professionals, private and public employers, and police officers) in litigated matters, he has represented commercial and personal line insurance carriers, multi-national corporations, municipal entities and state governments. Mr. Griffith is a frequent speaker and writer on issues related to civil trial practice, including evidence, federal pre-trial practice, expert issues, building civil trial skills and ethics. He wrote What the Civil Court Judges (in Delaware) Want You to Know, and moderated a judicial panel seminar of the same title. Mr. Griffith has written for and spoken at Delaware seminars titled "Advanced Police Liability Issues Under §1983," "Defending Claims Against Public Entities," "Police Liability Claims," and "Handling Claims Against the Local Government." He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Delaware state and federal courts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Griffith earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Charles W. Kramer
is an attorney in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where his practice has included insurance defense and subrogation. In the past, Mr. Kramer has practiced in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury and workers' compensation. He also has handled environmental and civil rights cases. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the U.S. District courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin. He has been admitted pro hac vice in both the Eastern and Western districts of Arkansas. Mr. Kramer earned his B.A. degree, with general honors, from the University of Chicago and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Chaz R. Ball
is a partner at Schlachman, Belsky, Weiner & Davey, P.A., where he employs his extensive background in criminal law, administrative law and civil litigation to handle complex litigation in both state and federal courts. In addition to handling personal injury, civil rights and criminal matters, his practice also includes appeals, juvenile matters, and peace and protective order proceedings. Mr. Ball received his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland at College Park as a Banneker Key Scholar, where he graduated with dual degrees in government and politics, and African American studies. As an undergrad, he engaged in activities that provided a strong foundation for his analytical and trial skills; competing as part of the University of Maryland Mock Trial Team; serving as second vice president for the NAACP; serving as a representative on the Dean's Student Advisory Council; and acting as a community advocate for University Student Judiciary. Mr. Ball was also a contributing writer to various campus publications, honing his writing skills that he continues to utilize in his practice today. Following his undergraduate education, he earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. As a law student, Mr. Ball continued his involvement in activities to strengthen his trial skills. He coached the Arizona State University Undergraduate Mock Trial Team, competed in various internal and external mock trial and moot court competitions, served as a research assistant, served as president for the Black Law Student Association, and prosecuted misdemeanor bench and jury trials as a student attorney with the Scottsdale Prosecutor's Office. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Ball has served as an adjunct professor at Towson University in the Mass Communication and Communication Studies Department. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the U.S. District Court District of Maryland.
