Speaker bio
Aaron M. Barham
is a partner at Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP, focusing on professional liability and legal malpractice defense. He has successfully represented lawyers, accountants, physicians, and other professionals in cases arising from legal areas such as medical malpractice, commercial litigation, commercial/secured transactions, securities law, employment law, intellectual property, insurance coverage, real estate, family law, personal injury, construction litigation, and trusts and estates law. Mr. Barham also represents professionals in disciplinary matters and other administrative proceedings. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Virginia and St. John's University School of Law, where he competed with the Moot Court Honor Society and served as symposium editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. Prior to joining FKB, Mr. Barham was a litigation associate with a New York City-based defense firm, where he defended hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals in complex, high-exposure medical malpractice cases. He is also a contributor and editor of the New York State Bar Association CLE Legal Malpractice course-book and has written several articles on professional liability-related topics. Mr. Barham is admitted to practice law in New York and before the U.S. District Court; Southern and Eastern districts of New York; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Bradley J. Kitlowski
is a litigator and trial lawyer who represents clients across a broad spectrum of industries in complex antitrust and other commercial disputes, class actions, and multidistrict litigation in federal and state courts. He has substantial experience in litigation involving life science companies, and with estates and trusts litigation in Orphans' Court Divisions of Pennsylvania state courts. Mr. Kitlowski is a member of Buchanan Ingersol & Rooney PC's Life Sciences Industry Team, Antitrust Class Action Team, and Estates and Trusts Litigation Practice Group. He also actively pursues pro bono opportunities, including the representation of prisoners pursuing civil rights claims in federal courts. Mr. Kitlowski currently serves as the head for the Protection From Abuse pro bono program for the firm's Pittsburgh office, and manages Pittsburgh's Project H.E.L.P. (Homeless Experience Legal Protection). He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Mr. Kitlowski earned his B.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Brendan Krasinski
is a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney at The Champion Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he represents catastrophically injured individuals and families in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, and premises liability. In less than two years as a plaintiff's attorney, he has recovered more than $12 million for his clients. Before joining The Champion Firm, Mr. Krasinski spent more than a decade at large defense firms representing corporations and insurance companies in complex litigation across the country. That experience — knowing how the other side thinks and prepares — now informs every case he handles on behalf of injured Georgians. Mr. Krasinski has developed deep expertise in integrating artificial intelligence and workflow automation tools into legal practice management. He uses AI tools daily to streamline his practice, and is passionate about helping other legal professionals do the same. Mr. Krasinski is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a veteran of the United States Army, where he served as a Rifle and Mortar Platoon Leader, an Aide-de-Camp, and an instructor at the U.S. Army's Ranger School. After leaving the Army, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team and inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Marc S. Dobin
is the founder of DobinLaw, P.S. in Kirkland, Washington (formerly known as DobinLaw, P.A. in Port St. Lucie, Florida). He practices in the areas of securities litigation, securities arbitration, consumer rights, arbitration, mediation and labor and employment. Mr. Dobin is a member of the King County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association and The Florida Bar. He is admitted in the states of Washington and Florida, as well as the Southern and Middle districts of Florida and Western District of Washington. Mr. Dobin is an arbitrator and mediator for FINRA Dispute Resolution, Inc. and is on the Commercial and Consumer Panels of the American Arbitration Association. He is a former trustee for the Town of Jupiter Police Officers' Pension Plan. Mr. Dobin was designated as a Super Lawyer in Florida in the area of securities arbitration from 2021-2024. He earned his B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. degree from New York Law School.

Peter L. Wechsler
is an attorney and founder of The Wechsler Law Group, LLC. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and practices in Pinecrest (Miami), Florida. Mr. Wechsler is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and concentrates his practice in civil litigation, mediation, eDiscovery, electronically stored information (ESI), product liability, personal injury and wrongful death, insurance disputes, complex commercial litigation, motor vehicle crashworthiness, and accident reconstruction, and has been appointed by the courts numerous times as a Special Master in eDiscovery disputes. He earned his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Mr. Wechsler is board-certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a member of The American College of Board Certified Attorneys. He has been consistently selected by his peers as a Florida Super Lawyer®, including 2016 - 2020 in personal injury and products defense. Mr. Wechsler finished his five-year term on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, and is now an Emeritus Member. He has been appointed to the Professionalism Committees of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and is a member of the Florida Supreme Court Standard Jury Instructions-Civil Committee. Mr. Wechsler is a fellow in the American College of e-Neutrals, a life member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the Florida Defense Lawyers Association (FDLA), the Brain Injury Association of Florida, the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE), and many other societies and organizations. He has been dealing with Frye and Daubert matters for many years, and has been involved in qualifying and disqualifying experts in various fields at trial. Mr. Wechsler has used most types of experts in trial, including accident reconstruction, biomechanical, medical and mental health.

Maria Fernandez
is a paralegal and technical writer for Gorby Peters Law. She graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Language Studies & Applied Linguistics, as well as a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics. Ms. Fernandez presented "Web Registers: A Corpus-Based Comparison" at the 10th Conference for the American Association for Corpus Linguistics. She also holds several certificates, including a certificate in Spanish Language Studies from the University of Barcelona, TESOL certification in order to teach internationally, and finally, a paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia. Ms. Fernandez has also worked extensively in the field of interpreted English transcription, helping to provide investor event coverage for many international companies. She enjoys the bustle of earnings calls, shareholder meetings, and analyst days.

Michael J. Gorby
is a founder and partner with Gorby Peters Law. He is a nationally recognized leader in complex corporate disputes, professional negligence cases, and liability issues that arise for property owners and managers, such as hotel chains, restaurants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings and other public venues. Since 1998, Mr. Gorby has served as the program chair for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (an affiliate of the University of Georgia), on the topic of premises liability. He is also the author of a popular legal treatise, Premises Liability in Georgia, which is published by Thomson Reuters/West, and which is now in its third edition. Mr. Gorby serves as an instructor/lecturer for Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) in the area of procuring government contracts, and is also a registered mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
