Kevin E. Gay
is the founding partner in Kevin Gay Attorney at Law, PLLC. He focuses his practice primarily on general litigation, business management consultation, insurance defense and tort liability actions, including motor vehicle liability cases, products liability cases, workers’ compensation claims, bad faith insurance practices, insurance coverage matters, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Gay has tried many cases throughout the state of Mississippi in both state and federal court. He is licensed to practice in all Mississippi state and federal courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Gay is a member of Capital Area Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute and for other organizations. Mr. Gay earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law.

Eduardo V. Martinez
is in self-practice with a primary focus in mediation, as well as contractual and business law, which he also teaches. He retired as a Captain from the U.S. Navy after 30 years and still consults on matters of national security. Dr. Martinez is currently on staff at Angelo State University, where he teaches intelligence and security studies. He is also on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Homeland and National Security Perspectives. Dr. Martinez has written articles involving transportation security and maritime cyberterrorism. He is a former special assistant attorney general for the state of Mississippi, and admitted to all Mississippi state and federal courts, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Martinez earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas, his M.A. degree in legal studies from Antioch University, his M.S.S. degree from the U.S. Army War College and his J.D. degree from the Mississippi College School of Law.

Michael D. Simmons
is an attorney in the Jackson law firm of Cosmich, Simmons & Brown, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of mass torts, commercial litigation, tort litigation, insurance litigation, employment law and appeals. While in law school, he was on the editorial board of Mississippi College Law Review and was a member of two national moot court competition teams. Mr. Simmons is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Defense Research Institute, International Association of Defense Counsel, and Government Investigations and Civil Litigation Institute. He also is a contributing writer to the Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law (West Group) and a frequent seminar speaker. Mr. Simmons earned his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree, with special distinction, from Mississippi College School of Law.
