Kevin T. Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Lindsay M. Harris
is the owner and managing member of Harris Law & Co. She leads succession planners in protecting every family and business using forward-thinking solutions derived from exceptional experience. Ms. Harris' knowledge and dedication shows in her work, and resulted in her selection as a Rising Star from Super Lawyers for six consecutive years. Whether it is creating wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, special needs trusts, or advanced business plans such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies or corporations, her passion is to ensure that every family and business is protected when life changing events occur. Ms. Harris maintains over 61 hours of continued legal education in the areas of estate and business planning each year. She graduated with her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in political science and Spanish from the University of South Dakota; and earned her J.D. degree, with high honors, from the University of South Dakota School of Law. Ms. Harris is admitted in South Dakota.

Whitney Sorrell
is the senior partner of Sorrell Law Firm, PLC, a boutique tax, business and estate planning firm in Scottsdale Arizona where he advises individuals, families, and businesses on legal matters relating to complex estate planning, business mergers, acquisitions and transactions, trust and probate administration, IRS audits, appeals, and Tax Court matters, as well as income and estate tax planning for wealthy families. Mr. Sorrell earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Arizona State University; his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix; his law degree at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and an LLM in tax from Boston University. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sorrell worked for five years at the United States Treasury, Department of Internal Revenue Service as a revenue agent in the Phoenix District office. Mr. Sorrell became a certified public accountant (CPA) in 1993; is a frequent author of estate planning and tax articles published in various journals; and a national presenter on tax, business, and estate planning topics.

Elizabeth Prout Lefler
is an independent compliance consultant and attorney. She serves on two Boards of Directors (one as chair), and is an owner of a product development company. Ms. Lefler served for 13 years as managing director, compliance for global investment banks, and ultimately as chief compliance & AML Officer of KeyBanc Capital Markets. Previously, she held positions as senior counsel with the U.S. SEC, legal advisor to Commissioner Isaac C. Hunt, and associate with Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Ms. Lefler has served as chair of FINRA's Market Regulation Committee, as FINRA Panelist (i.e., judge) in enforcement actions, and as an expert witness on securities legal matters. Ms. Lefler earned her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. degree from Bates College. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Virginia. Ms. Lefler has held various financial licenses, including NYSE Series 14 (chief compliance officer), FINRA (supervisory principal), and deemed "Fit & Proper" to serve as chief compliance & AML officer of an Irish Bank. Ms. Lefler is also a Certified U.S. Sailing Judge.

John T. Banjak
is a principal and serves as general counsel of True Title Company, LLC in St. Louis. He has extensive experience in all facets of the title insurance profession from a legal, title professional and consulting standpoint. Before opening his current company, Mr. Banjak served as president and general counsel for three reputable St. Louis title agencies and as regional underwriting counsel for a national title insurance underwriter. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri, and is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Banjak earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
