Mitchell J. Rhein
is a member of the Charleston, West Virginia office of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC. His primary area of practice is labor and employment law. Mr. Rhein represents employers and their executives in employment-related claims, including discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, breach of noncompete contracts and non-solicitation contracts, and disclosure of trade secrets. He also represents employers on traditional labor matters, including unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board; union organizing campaigns and elections; and collective bargaining, as well as advising employers regarding internal and external investigations on wage and hour issues and allegations of harassment and discrimination. Mr. Rhein earned his B.A. degree from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Rhein is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, Energy and Mineral Law Foundation, American Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.

Anthony C. Sunseri
is a partner with Burns White LLC, where he has been a litigator there for more two decades. He has been representing corporate entities, professionals, and individuals in a variety of matters with emphasis on health care law, employment litigation and professional liability matters. Mr. Sunseri is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Sunseri earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law.

H. Devon Collins
is a shareholder with Ogletree Deakins where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. His practice primarily focuses on advising and defending employers of all sizes in a wide range of labor and employment contexts. He has represented employers in matters including compliance and litigation regarding the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the National Labor Relations Act, defamation of employees, and employment contract law. Mr. Collins has substantial experience defending employers in litigation and trials in state and federal courts across the country. Further, he has defended countless charges filed with the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and similar state employment commissions. Mr. Collins also works closely with employers to ensure that problems do not reach litigation by consulting on appropriate methods to manage risk in the workplace and performing workplace training. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he also served as the editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Mr. Collins is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio, and the Eastern District of Michigan.

Jonathan T. Hyman
is a member of Wickens Herzer Panza's Litigation Department, chairperson of the employment and labor practice group, and serves on the firm's Board of Directors. He focuses his practice on management-side labor and employment law, providing businesses proactive solutions to solve their workforce problems and reactive solutions when they find themselves litigating against an employee or group of employees. Mr. Hyman also has extensive experience on more specialized labor and employment law issues such as wage and hour compliance, social media, cybersecurity, and other workplace technology concerns, affirmative action compliance, and union avoidance and labor relations. He is also one of the co-founders and co-practice group leaders of the firm's craft beer practice. In that capacity, Mr. Hyman helps brewers, brew pubs and restaurants, and businesses that serve the craft beer industry navigate their specialized business, legal, and regulatory issues. He earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mr. Hyman is affiliated with Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Lake Ridge Academy, Workforce Magazine and Noonan Syndrome Foundation. He is admitted in the state of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern district of Ohio, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.

Erin J. McLaughlin
is a shareholder and a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Group, handling complex employment matters and provides strategic, day-to-day guidance to employers on their personnel matters. She defends clients against employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, breach of contract and wage and hour claims. Ms. McLaughlin has also represented clients in investigations and litigation brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). She further protects her clients' business by prosecuting trade secret and restrictive covenant cases. Ms. McLaughlin earned her B.A. degree in political science with a minor in business from Ohio University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. Her civic and charitable contributions include Career Literacy for African American Youth (CLAAY) mentor, Neighborhood Legal Services Protection From Abuse Program, McKees Rocks Clinic, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh and Morgantown, Inc., board of directors and Blind & Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh, former board member. Ms. McLaughlin is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
