Casey S. Erick
is a partner with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP and a member of the labor and employment practice. He focuses on commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Erick has represented clients in both litigation and transactional matters that span across commercial law, labor and employment, real estate, consumer protection, and general litigation; including, but not limited to breach of contract, corporate trade secret theft, tortious interference, defamation, personal injury, fraud, and various other kinds of civil litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association, and is board-certified in civil trial law. Mr. Erick earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi and his J.D. degree from Baylor School of Law.

Joel Glaser
is the principal of Joel Glaser APC in the Los Angeles, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. His practice includes employment and business litigation. Mr. Glaser has extensive experience in employment practices liability, including defending whistleblower, wrongful termination, harassment, race, age, disability, and gender discrimination and retaliation cases. He has also defended wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff cases. Additionally, Mr. Glaser has counseled employees and employers on employment-related matters, such as applications and hiring, sexual harassment policies and training, employment handbooks, internal investigations, compliance issues, employee discipline issues, severance agreements and termination issues. He has represented clients in both state and federal court, and before the California Labor Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Unemployment Appeals Board. Mr. Glaser is a member of the State Bar of California; and the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara; and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where he was on Law Review. Mr. Glaser is licensed to practice law in California.

Anthony P. McNamara
is an attorney in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including litigation and preventive advice and counseling. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Mr. McNamara was a senior labor and employment associate in the Cincinnati office of a full-service, national law firm, focusing his practice on representing employers in all aspects of workplace litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, wage and hour class and collective actions, and other matters. He earned his B.A. degree from Miami University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Jill Kahn Marshall
is a partner with the New York office of Reavis Rage Jump LLP. She represents individuals and corporations in the areas of employment law, litigation and dispute resolution, and healthcare. Ms. Marshall frequently represents individuals in the negotiation of employment and separation agreements, as well as claims involving discrimination and harassment in the workplace. She also provides counseling for individuals navigating complicated circumstances at work, including those related to parental leave and the transition back to the workplace. For her corporate clients, Ms. Marshall provides employment counseling, conducts internal investigations, drafts employment and separation agreements and employee handbooks, and defends against charges of discrimination. She also frequently conducts anti-harassment and discrimination trainings, having co-created RPJ's original live and online training programs. Ms. Marshall has experience before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its state and local counterparts, and has represented clients at trial in federal and state courts and in arbitration hearings. She regularly represents clients in the healthcare, technology and financial services industries. Ms. Marshall offers her clients practical, efficient solutions and is frequently able to resolve disputes prior to formal litigation. Prior to joining RPJ, she was an associate at Lichten & Liss-Riordan in Boston, a preeminent employment litigation firm, and a litigation associate at Chadbourne & Parke in New York. Ms. Marshall is a 2019 through 2024 Super Lawyers' Rising Star of the New York Metro area and is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, as well as the District Courts for Massachusetts and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania and J.D. degree from New York University School of Law.

Peter J. Gillespie
is partner with Laner Muchin, Ltd. He represents and counsels management on a wide array of employment law-related issues, including workplace safety and health, wage and hour laws, prevailing wage issues, covenants not to compete, discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower claims, class actions, hiring, discipline, promotion and dismissal decision-making, workplace privacy, and statutory compliance. Mr. Gillespie provides employers with strategic advice to help meet their objectives while reducing potential litigation risks. He handles litigation in both federal and state courts as well as claims pending with state and federal administrative agencies including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department of Labor, Illinois Department of Human Rights and Illinois Department of Labor. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
