Betsy G. Stibler
is of senior counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP. She has extensive experience handling complex disputes on behalf of insurers, involving both primary and excess liability policies, and individuals and businesses. Ms. Stibler has built a reputation for thorough preparation, clear strategy, and decisive courtroom advocacy. She believes litigation requires more than legal knowledge - it demands persistence, precision, and an unwavering commitment to the client's goals. Ms. Stibler has a diverse practice that focuses on complex insurance coverage issues and bad faith claims as well as commercial litigation, including construction, trucking and transportation, professional liability, and general liability matters. She is a skilled appellate advocate. She is a member of the firm's property insurance and casualty practice groups as well as the transportation, commercial litigation, and real estate practice groups. Ms. Stibler earned her B.S. degree from Georgia State University; her M.S. degree, summa cum laude, from University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey; and her J.D. degree from University of Tennessee College of Law.

Lindsey L. Hobbs
is an attorney at Hodges Doughty & Carson Attorneys. She is a special counsel, practicing in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate acquisitions and development, real estate litigation, estate planning, and probate litigation. Ms. Hobbs has represented clients in business acquisitions and sales, specifically in real estate transactions with multifamily and recreational properties and participated in successful transactions totaling $250 million in assets in more than a dozen states. Her experience includes transactions with both owner financing and agency debt, as well as the transfer of assets subject to USDA Rural Development loans. Licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina, Ms. Hobbs represents both businesses and individuals in litigation related to contract and real property disputes in both state and federal courts. She advises clients in estate planning and strategic business succession planning and has participated in numerous probate litigation matters relating to elder financial exploitation and breach of fiduciary duty. Ms. Hobbs earned her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee in 2006, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009. Prior to returning to Knoxville, she practiced in a boutique creditors' rights firm in Savannah, Georgia, focusing on commercial litigation on behalf of financial and healthcare institutions, and matters associated with post-foreclosure commercial property transactions. Ms. Hobbs also served as counsel for creditors, including the Chapter 7 Trustee, on litigation matters in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Jason D. Holleman
is principal at Holleman Law Group, where he focuses primarily on land use and zoning, state and local government regulation and licensing, property disputes, condemnation, and civil litigation. He is a current member of the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association. Mr. Holleman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He subsequently earned his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.

is a member of the Memphis law firm of Phelps Dunbar LLP, where her areas of practice include commercial lending, real estate transactions, title law, foreclosures, and financial institutions regulatory law. She has spoken for various business and professional organizations on a variety of foreclosure and commercial lending issues. Ms. Lotz is a member of the Memphis, Tennessee and American (member, Business Law Section) bar associations; and the Association of Women Attorneys. She earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from Boston University.
