Speaker bio
Joshua C. Offenhartz
is an attorney with Offenhartz Law PLLC. He is a business attorney who represents clients in the finance, medical, construction, real estate and culinary industries. Mr. Offenhartz has significant experience managing all phases of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgment, trial and appeals. Additionally, he serves as outside counsel for several small, medium and growing businesses that need day-to-day legal advice for their growing companies. Mr. Offenhartz is a member of Madison School District's Financial Advisory Board and a board member of the Desert States Region of Jewish National Fund. He supports the Phoenix Art Museum as a member of the Men's Art Council, and helps others by volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona, Saint Mary's Food Bank and the Wounded Warrior Project. Mr. Offenhartz earned his B.S. degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and his master's and J.D. degrees from Arizona State University. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona; Southern District Court, District of Arizona; and Southern Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Brian T. Bellavia
is the managing partner of the Jacksonville office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., and also has an active practice in the firm's Orlando office. He has extensive experience representing clients in civil litigation with a focus on the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice actions. Mr. Bellavia's experience also includes the representation of other professionals in error and omission claims, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability defense, legal malpractice defense, personal injury, trucking, and product liability cases. He has tried cases, including medical malpractice matters, to defense verdict as lead trial counsel. Mr. Bellavia earned his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1990, where he graduated with honors. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 1993. Mr. Bellavia is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey and is admitted in the state courts of Florida and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He lectures at seminars accredited by the department of insurance. Mr. Bellavia regularly provides in-house seminars to corporate leaders, risk managers, and insurance companies.

K. Anderson Franco
is an attorney at Anderson Franco Law, A.P.C. He has focused his career to representing clients in landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury matters, and real property claims. Mr. Franco has served as the trial attorney in jury and bench trials. He has successfully argued motions before various California courts, including motions for summary judgment and discovery motions. Mr. Franco has also contributed to creating landlord-tenant law through the California Court of Appeals, First District. The Court published a decision in his client's favor that expanded on the San Francisco Rent Ordinance and eviction requirements:Reynolds v. Lau(2019) 39 Cal.App.5th 953. Mr. Franco was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of civil litigation. He graduated from University of California, Berkeley, with bachelor's degrees in rhetoric and ethnic studies, and a minor in Chicano studies. Mr. Franco was awarded two highly coveted full-tuition scholarships: Gates Millennium Scholarship and the IDEAL Scholarship through the Level Playing Field Institute. He then earned his law degree from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). In law school, Mr. Franco was the Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Business Law Journal and an editor for the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.
