Nicholas A. Snow
is an attorney with Harris Law Firm, P.C. He practices in the areas of municipal law, bankruptcy, employment, civil rights, workers' compensation, and personal injury law. Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree, with high distinction, from Indiana University at Bloomington and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

John R. Panico
is a full-time arbitrator with his practice limited to labor and employment law, collective bargaining, consumer law and civil litigation. He currently holds membership on alternative dispute resolution panels with the American Arbitration Association, Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, National Mediation Board, and on Labor Arbitration Panels with New York, California, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, Kentucky, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Since 2019, Mr. Panico has served as a civil arbitrator with the Eight Judicial District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada. His previous thirty-plus years’ experience includes labor and employment attorney, human resources and labor relations executive, shop steward and union organizer in the hotel, restaurant and food service industry. Mr. Panico is a member in good standing before the State Bar of Indiana, Utah, and California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Panico has been an National Business Institute speaker on human resources and employment law topics since 2018.

Laurie E. Martin
is a partner with Hoover Hull Turner LLP. She practices in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation and consulting, and ERISA litigation. Ms. Martin advises and defends employers facing claims, including employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, blacklisting or defamation, wage and hour disputes, enforcement of covenants not to compete, ERISA and benefit litigation and trade secret misappropriation; including representation in actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local agencies, and federal and state courts. She also represents large and small businesses, insurers, ERISA plans, health care providers and individuals in commercial disputes, including contract enforcement and interpretation, and business torts, including breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. Ms. Martin earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Butler University and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Larry J. McKinney in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Martin is a frequent speaker and author on topics related to her areas of practice. She sits on the Executive Committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association Labor and Employment Section. Ms. Martin is a member of the American, Seventh Circuit, Indiana State and Indianapolis bar associations.

is a partner at Krieg DeVault Law Firm in Indiana, practicing in the areas of employment law, civil rights, and civil litigation. Ms. Floyd earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Allen County Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.

Mark R. Waterfill
is the owner of Mark R. Waterfill Attorney at Law, P.C. and practices in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation. He is widely recognized in the field of employment law and has tried numerous commercial disputes in state and federal court. Mr. Waterfill has lectured and written extensively on a variety of employment law topics. He has been listed in Indiana Super Lawyers; and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association (Board of Managers; distinguished fellow), Indianapolis Bar Foundation (board president), Indiana State Bar Association (chair, Labor and Employment Council) and American Bar Association. Mr. Waterfill earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Hanover College and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.

Hilary K. Leighty
devotes her practice to a wide range of commercial, employment, and administrative litigation matters. She has extensive experience representing employers in wage and hour claims, including class and collective action claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Indiana wage statutes and advising employers on employee classification issues. Ms. Leighty also has experience defending employers against discrimination and retaliation claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and in federal courts. She is also experienced in defending complaints against professional licenses. Additionally, Ms. Leighty has experience in compliance audits and assisted with the 2021 and 2022 follow-up audits of USA Gymnastics’ compliance with the Daniels Report for the Protection of Young Athletes. Prior to embarking on her legal career, she worked in professional sales for both a Fortune 500 ompany and large journalism organization in the Washington, D.C. area. Ms. Leighty chairs the firm’s Associates Committee and is a former coordinator for the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She is an active member of the Indianapolis community as a graduate of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series and a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Women and the Law Division. Ms. Leighhty earned her B.S. degree from Indiana University School of Business and her J.D. degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Brittany C. Baker
is an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Ms. Baker has handled discrimination, retaliation, and employment contract claims in federal court and before administration agencies, including the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she represented and counseled clients at a national law firm. During law school, Ms. Baker was a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she drafted various court documents and conducted witness interviews. Additionally, she gained experience as a student attorney at the University of Michigan Veterans Legal Clinic. There, she represented clients in court proceedings acting as first chair. Ms. Baker also led a group of 12 law students to Dilley, Texas to prepare children and women detained at the South Texas Family Residential Center for their credible fear interviews with asylum officers. Prior to law school, she served in the U.S. Air National Guard as a Security Forces Specialist. She deployed to Kuwait in 2018. Ms. Baker's experiences in the military gave her the skills to be an effective communicator and better attorney. She earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University and J.D. degree from University of Michigan Law School.
