is a senior litigation counsel at Lung Rose Voss Wagnild, concentrating her practice in the areas of business, real estate, construction, and commercial litigation. She graduated from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, during which time she served as an extern to the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald at the Hawaii Supreme Court and was a member of the Hispanic Moot Court team. Ms. Paris holds a B.S.B.A. degree in marketing and B.A. degree in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, and her prior experience includes public relations, advertising, event management, and fundraising. She is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Lanakila Pacific Foundation (board member), and CAAP arbitrator. Ms. Paris is admitted to practice law in Hawaii and before the U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii.

Brad Saito

is Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City and County of Honolulu in the Real Estate and Land Use Section. He advises the Department of Planning and Permitting and represents the city in land use litigation, contested case hearings, and code-enforcement matters involving development rights, discretionary permits, environmental compliance, and zoning enforcement. Mr. Saito has served as counsel at oral argument before the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court and appears before the State Land Use Commission. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Hawai'i System and his J.D. degree from the University of Hawaiʻi’s William S. Richardson School of Law. Mr. Saito is admitted to practice law in Hawaiʻi.
