Latha M. Srinivasan
is with The Lincoln Electric Company. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio for more than 25 years, and has worked in the areas of labor and employment law, business and civil litigation, EEO and HR compliance, and workplace diversity and inclusion management and implementation. She has presented numerous seminar topics on labor and employment law and HR compliance. She also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) and earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Rochester and her J.D. degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was awarded the Paul J. Hergenroeder Award in trial tactics. Ms. Srinivasan is mock trial coach.

Jeff Weintraub
is senior counsel in the Memphis office of the management-side employment and labor firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. He represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, whistleblower lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts; including the U.S. Supreme Court and government agencies such as the EEOC and the NLRB. Mr. Weintraub is licensed in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Missouri. He teaches the labor and employee relations segment in SHRM's HR Certification Course, and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. Mr. Weintraub earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.

Emeric J. Dwyer
is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne PA, and focuses his legal practice on conducting commercial transactions and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, intellectual property protection, and serving as general counsel to a variety of businesses. He has significant experience forming small and medium-sized businesses, and completing business and real estate transactions. Mr. Dwyer also advises clients on a wide variety of matters that arise in the course of operating a business, including employment issues, trademark and intellectual property protection, and corporate governance. When disputes arise, he represents clients throughout the litigation process, including bringing matters to trial. Mr. Dwyer earned his B.A. degree from Drake University and his J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law.

Richard S. Koblentz
is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC. He devotes the greatest portion of his practice to the area of professional responsibility, including legal ethics, attorney discipline, bar admission representation, representation in the areas of attorney conflicts of interest, disqualification of counsel, law firm formations and dissolutions, legal malpractice representation as both plaintiff and defense counsel, and service as an expert witness. In 2024, Mr. Koblentz was awarded the William K Thomas Professionalism of the Year Award by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Mr. Koblentz also practices in the areas of complex and general civil litigation, criminal defense, probate, real estate, small business counseling and domestic relations. He has served as president of the Cleveland-Marshall Law Alumni Association, is an officer of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and is a member of the Council of Visitors at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He earned his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Joanie Winters
is an attorney with Winters Law Firm. She has over 30 years of management, human resources and legal experience. In 2003, Ms. Winters opened her law firm with a focus on labor and employment law. In addition to providing legal guidance to public and private employers, she serves as the county attorney Chester County. Ms. Winters worked as a human resources manager and consultant for more than ten years. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge as an adjunct professor at Winthrop University. Ms. Winters earned her bachelor's degree from Rosemont College and her J.D. degree from University of South Carolina.
