Anthony R. Minchella
is the managing partner at the law firm of Minchella & Associates, LLC in Middlebury, Connecticut. He represents Fortune 50 financial services companies, physician groups, healthcare providers, small and large specialty products companies, and contractors. The principals and general counsel of these companies turn to Mr. Minchella and his firm to represent their interests in corporate governance, employment litigation, trade secret and non-competition litigation, unfair trade practice claims, department of labor investigations, and construction litigation. Sometimes, these companies choose Mr. Minchella as a trusted advisor and attorney to represent the company as local counsel in Connecticut state and federal court. He also represents corporate shareholders and LLC members in member and shareholder litigation, including dissolution and receivership actions that typically involve breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Minchella's practice also involves representing individuals, including professionals and executives in employment, real estate litigation and other matters. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Bonaventure University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Cindy M. Cieslak
is a partner with Rose Kallor, LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies; including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations. Ms. Cieslak provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws. She conducts workplace investigations, prepares employee handbooks and best practices manuals for employers, and assists employers with affirmative action plans and compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to government contractors. Ms. Cieslak earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.

Megan E. Bryson
is a seasoned attorney at Coffey Modica LLP, where she concentrates her practice on litigation and insurance defense. With over 15 years of legal experience, she has built a diverse portfolio that includes professional liability (such as medical malpractice), employment law, commercial litigation, product liability, and aviation law. Her work spans state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies, handling cases from inception through trial and appeal. Ms. Bryson also serves as outside counsel to a range of corporate clients, including an air charter operator and a global non-profit organization, with a notable focus on aviation law involving regulatory compliance and aircraft transactions. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and multiple U.S. District courts in Connecticut and New York. Ms. Bryson earned both her J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Notre Dame, where she studied philosophy and pre-professional (pre-med) disciplines.

is a partner/director with Garfunkel Wild, P.C. Her practice areas include employment and workforce management, investigations, audits and regulatory compliance, and litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Monroy earned her B.A. degree from Brooklyn College and her J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law. She was selected for "Outstanding Women in Law" for 2016 by the Honorable A. Gail Prudenti and Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. Monroy is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association. serves as the office managing partner for FordHarrison's New York City office and has more than 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, representing employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record representing management clients in labor and employment law matters, including substantial experience with class and collective actions, non-compete and non-solicitation disputes, as well as litigation pertaining to discrimination and workplace harassment, from inception through trial when necessary. Mr. Reilly advocates for employers operating in a host of industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and staffing. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in federal and state courts, and before administrative bodies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Reilly earned his B.S. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School.
