Overview
The Discovery Playbook Opposing Counsel Hopes You Never See
Boilerplate objections. Last-minute document dumps designed to bury the one email that matters. Depositions derailed by coaching, manufactured confusion, and convenient memory lapses. Evidence that vanishes the moment litigation looks likely. Discovery is supposed to level the playing field - but too often, it becomes the battlefield where cases are won or lost through gamesmanship. This CLE will show you not only how to spot the dirty tricks but to shut them down before they derail your case. Recognize the tactics from either side of the table, build a record that holds up when you call it out, and secure the sanctions, adverse inferences, or exclusion orders that make opposing counsel regret their bad-faith conduct. Register today!
- Spot boilerplate objections and document dumps for what they are - and know exactly how to respond.
- Detect altered metadata, AI-generated evidence, and deepfakes.
- Recognize illegally obtained evidence and know when to move to suppress or exclude it.
- Shut down deposition obstruction, coaching, and selective memory lapses on the record.
Abbreviated Agenda
