Danielle K Little is a Partner in Goldberg Segalla's Labor & Employment
and Retail and Hospitality Practice Groups. She has a long, successful record
defending clients in cases that include labor and employment (including
discrimination, retaliation, PAGA and wage and hour disputes), personal injury,
premises liability, auto, subrogation, public-entity liability and ADA/Unruh
compliance. Ms. Little's practice has included the representation of both
plaintiffs (including, government classified and managerial personnel) and
defendants which has enabled her to have a keen awareness of the complexity of
litigation from both sides. She also has experience handling employment and
licensure matters before the EEOC, California Department of Fair Employment and
Housing, California Labor Commissioner's Office, California Department of
Social Services, California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training,
California Board of Registered Nursing and California Commission on Teacher
Credentialing. Ms. Little has been published in The New York Law
Journal
, The Minority Corporate Counsel Association's Diversity and
the Bar
 magazine, QBR: The Black Book Review, and several
literary publications. She also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at
Long Island University and as an Adjunct Lecturer at City University of New
York - Queens College, where she taught undergraduate composition and
literature courses. Ms. Little earned her B.A. degree in Social Ecology from
University of California, Irvine, her Master of Fine Arts degree from Sarah
Lawrence College and her J.D. degree from University of California Berkeley
School of Law (Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, Associate Editor -
Prosser Price, Welfare, Social Security and the Law - International Tax &
Business Lawyer). She is admitted to practice in California, New York, U.S.
District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, U.S.
District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S.
Supreme Court.
