Andrew G. Oh-Willeke
is a sole practitioner with Andrew Oh-Willeke Law Office in Denver, Colorado, with 24 years of experience. His practice includes business transactions; tax planning; estate planning, including asset protection planning; commercial litigation in and out of bankruptcy court; probate administration; and tax litigation. Mr. Oh-Willeke is a past professor at the College for Financial Planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Oberlin College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. Mr. Oh-Willeke is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.

Micah J. Stewart
is director of tax services with LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors, where he has extensive experience in international tax planning, tax planning for partnerships, s-corporations and corporations. Mr. Stewart is a member of the American and Louisiana State bar associations, and the Louisiana Association of Business & Industry. He earned his B.A. degree from Loyola University, his J.D. degree from Loyola University College of Law, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.

Kristin Moye
J.D., LL.M., is an attorney and business owner who love advising law firms about how to start, run, and manage an ethical (and profitable) practice. Ms. Moye also owns Windrose Law Center, an estate planning and business law firm. Prior to opening Windrose Law Center, she spent a number of years working at the State Bar of Arizona advising lawyers and staff about running and maintaining an ethical law practice. In addition to her work as a practicing attorney, Ms. Moye enjoys teaching and has extensive experience in legal education. Following law school, she earned her LL.M. from Pepperdine, where Ms. Moye wrote her thesis on best practices in legal education. Thereafter, she worked at the Arizona Supreme Court developing training for judges, judicial officers and court staff. Ms. Moye has been teaching in higher education for the last twelve years in both undergraduate paralegal programs, and as an adjunct professor.

Noel D. Humphreys
is of counsel with Connell Foley LLP, where he limits his practice to business transactions, lending transactions, organizational governance and intellectual property. Mr. Humphreys is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New York (Eastern and Southern). He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his M.S.J. degree from Columbia University, and his J.D. degree from Harvard University.

Michael J. Gorby
is a founder and partner with Gorby Peters & Associates, LLC. He is a nationally recognized leader in complex corporate disputes, professional negligence cases, and liability issues that arise for property owners and managers, such as hotel chains, restaurants, shopping centers, apartment complexes, office buildings and other public venues. Since 1998, Mr. Gorby has served as the program chair for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia (an affiliate of the University of Georgia), on the topic of premises liability. He is also the author of a popular legal treatise, Premises Liability in Georgia, which is published by Thomson Reuters/West, and which is now in its third edition. Mr. Gorby serves as an instructor/lecturer for Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center (GTPAC) in the area of procuring government contracts, and is also a registered mediator. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Ms. Harris is admitted in South Dakota.
