is a founding partner in the law firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC, where he practices in all of the various areas of domestic relations and family law; including mediation, dissolution, paternity, custody, support, property settlement, protective orders, and guardianships. Mr. Becker also practices in the areas of general commercial advice and business litigation. He earned his B.S. degree, with high honors, in accountancy and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois. Mr. Becker is a registered domestic relations mediator, has been trained as an arbitrator, and has been selected as a distinguished fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Hamilton County and Indiana State bar associations.

is a partner at the law firm of Emswiller, Williams, Noland & Clarke, LLC, where he practices in the areas of family, juvenile and criminal law dealing with complex custody and high asset dissolution/paternity cases; CHINS actions and DCS substantiation; and felony, misdemeanor and juvenile criminal defense. Mr. Shive also is a registered family law and civil mediator, parenting coordinator, family law arbitrator, and collaborative law professional. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Hamilton County, Hendricks, Hancock and Indiana State bar associations. Mr. Shive earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis.
