Rex C. Bush
was inspired to practice personal injury law following the loss of his father in an automobile crash. After handling his first injury case in 1984, he has for the past 25 years dedicated his practice to helping victims of the carelessness of others. Utah Business Magazine recognized Mr. Bush in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020 as part of a peer reviewed selection in their Utah Legal Elite for the category of personal injury. The Utah State Bar honored Mr. Bush in 1996 for outstanding service to the legal profession. His biographical entry appears in Who's Who in American Law. His reported cases include Jenkins v. U.S.F.G., 962 P.2d 796 (Utah 1998), a landmark case in the law of arbitration, which has been cited by over 100 treatises, learned journals and appellate cases, including International Arbitration Law and Practice, Domke on Commercial Arbitration, Arbitrage International: Droit et Pratique, Corbin on Contracts, and Couch on Insurance. Mr. Bush has published over 50 articles in print and digital media on personal injury subjects, including "How to Prepare Your Personal Injury Case for Trial," Utah Bar Journal (1998); and "Zipline Injuries on the Rise" (Utah Trial Journal 2017.) A popular speaker, Mr. Bush has, on many occasions, educated other lawyers on personal injury subjects at seminars, such as "Personal Injury from A to Z" (NBI 2018), "Auto Injury Litigation from Start to Finish" (NBI 2018), "Insurance Coverage Litigation: Secrets Insurance Companies Don't Want Attorneys to Know" (NBI 2017), and "Advanced Issues in Personal Injury Litigation" (NBI 2014). High profile clients, cases and projects include Richard Worthington, the AC/DC case, and the Fen-Phen diet drug litigation.

Charles I. Consagra
is of counsel with Needle Law Firm, where he concentrates in the field of administrative law, with primary specialty in the areas of workers' compensation, unemployment compensation and Social Security. Since 1978, Mr. Consagra has been a part-time faculty member at Keystone College as an instructor in the areas of education, behavioral sciences, criminal justice and business law. He is an instructor in business for graduate students through Marywood University. Mr. Consagra earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton; and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He earned his Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology and his Master of Science degree in Ed from Marywood University. Mr. Consagra also holds a M.Div degree and Ph.D. degree (all but dissertations).

Dr. Lauren Rasmussen
is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in diagnosis and treatment planning of neurological diseases and disorders and health-related conditions. Dr. Rasmussen has been recognized by the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists as being a competent forensic provider. As such, she has served as an expert witness in many cases involving traumatic brain injury, competency, posttraumatic stress disorder, and other psychological conditions as part of a claim involved in litigation. Dr. Rasmussen also specializes in workers' compensation claims and often provides second medical opinions on injuries/damages in question. She has a special interest in fitness for duty evaluations for individuals looking to return to work or whose capacity to complete their workplace duties are being questioned. From a clinical perspective, Dr. Rasmussen frequently evaluates patients who are concerned about their memory or who have been diagnosed with progressive neurocognitive conditions. She also assesses for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities in adults (and for accommodations needed on standardized testing or in the classroom), psychiatric conditions, and presurgical clearance. Dr. Rasmussen often works with bariatric surgery candidates and patients who need presurgical clearance for major spinal surgeries and implantable devices such as spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pain pumps. Outside of the office environment, Dr. Rasmussen enjoys rigorous fitness endeavors, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and traveling. She is also involved in consultation work with several neurorehabilitation hospitals throughout the state of Louisiana and occasionally has the privilege to serve as an adjunct faculty member at LSU.
