is a shareholder with the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, P.C., where his areas of practice include estate and tax planning, administration, litigation, and real estate and business transactions. He is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and before the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Feldhake is also a member of the American, New Jersey State, Camden County, Burlington County and Cape May County bar associations. He is an adjunct instructor of legal and financial aspects of entrepreneurship at Rowan University, and was an instructor of taxation at the Judge Advocate General Corps' LL.M. Graduate Program. He is a retired Officer in the U.S. Army and Naval Reserves, and Pennsylvania and Indiana National Guards, where he served for 32 years. Mr. Feldhake earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University, his M.B.A. degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University School of Law.

Mr. Ploss has extensive experience advising individual clients in the areas of wealth transfer planning and the preparation of estate planning documents. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia, a certified financial planner™(CFP®) and a professional registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP). Mr. Ploss frequently publishes articles and speaks on trust and estate matters. He currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching trusts and estates at the University of Maine Law School. Mr. Ploss has previously taught classes in estate planning at Boston University, Fordham University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Real Property and Trust Law Section), Boston Estate Planning Council, Northern New England Financial Planners' Association and the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP), Boston, Massachusetts Chapter.
