Eric A. Feldhake
is a shareholder with the law firm of Kulzer & DiPadova, P.C., where his areas of practice include estate and tax planning, administration, litigation, and real estate and business transactions. He is licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and before the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Feldhake is also a member of the American, New Jersey State, Camden County, Burlington County and Cape May County bar associations. He is an adjunct instructor of legal and financial aspects of entrepreneurship at Rowan University, and was an instructor of taxation at the Judge Advocate General Corps' LL.M. Graduate Program. He is a retired Officer in the U.S. Army and Naval Reserves, and Pennsylvania and Indiana National Guards, where he served for 32 years. Mr. Feldhake earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University, his M.B.A. degree from the Temple University Fox School of Business, and his J.D. degree and LL.M. degree in taxation from Temple University School of Law.

Daniel Del Collo, III
is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Thomas D. Begley, III
is the president of Thomas D. Begley III, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration, small business representation, elder law, and probate litigation. Mr. Begley is a certified elder law attorney (CELA) as accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is an accomplished author and lecturer. Mr. Begley is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (former director of the Elder Law Section) and the Burlington County Bar Association (former chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Committee). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Begley earned his B.A. degree from Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

I. Richard Ploss
is counsel to Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and a member of the firm's trusts and estates department. He concentrates his practice primarily on estate planning for high net worth individuals and their businesses, estate administration, probate litigation and fiduciary income taxation in New Jersey and throughout the east coast. Mr. Ploss has extensive experience advising individual clients in the areas of wealth transfer planning and the preparation of estate planning documents. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia, a certified financial planner™(CFP®) and a professional registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP). Mr. Ploss frequently publishes articles and speaks on trust and estate matters. He currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching trusts and estates at the University of Maine Law School. Mr. Ploss has previously taught classes in estate planning at Boston University, Fordham University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Real Property and Trust Law Section), Boston Estate Planning Council, Northern New England Financial Planners' Association and the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP), Boston, Massachusetts Chapter. Mr. Ploss earned his B.S. degree from Bucknell University, his M.B.A. degree from Tulane University, his A.B. Freeman School of Business, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
