Thomas J. Major
is the principal and chair of the business law and transactions practice in the Hackensack Office of Offit Kurman, Attorneys At Law. He maintains practices in real estate law and landlord representation, counseling clients in the multi-family and investment property industry. Mr. Major has served as a speaker in the past on real estate and landlord-tenant subjects. He earned his B.A. degree from Grove City College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

Patricia W. Holden
is an attorney with the law firm of Cipriani & Werner, P.C., where she practices in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance bad faith. She is a member of the firm's insurance defense group, as well as the Counsel on Litigation Management. Ms. Holden has had an experienced and varied insurance defense litigation practice. She has had substantial experience in automobile claims, product liability claims, premises liability claims, medical professional liability claims, as well as toxic tort claims, first party benefit claims and subrogation. Ms. Holden earned her B.S. degree from Mount St. Mary's College, with honors, dean's list Beta Beta Beta; and her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second and Third circuits; U.S. Supreme Court; and U.S. District Court, District of Eastern Pennsylvania.

Shawn C. Huber
is a partner with Brown & Connery, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in personal injury, commercial litigation, municipal law, and subrogation matters. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Huber formerly served as the municipal prosecutor for the Boroughs of Pine Hill, Mt. Ephraim, and Clementon. He has extensive litigation experience in personal injury and product liability matters including those involving automobile, truck, bus, and boat accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death and slip and fall accidents. Mr. Huber also handles workers' compensation subrogation matters on behalf of employers and their insurance carriers. He is a member of the American, Federal, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Huber is also a member of the American and New Jersey Associations for Justice and Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from St. Joseph's University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University of Law-Camden.

Francis J. Monari
is an attorney with McKernan McKernan & Godino, where his main areas of practice include commercial law, commercial real estate, contracts, municipal corporation law, residential real estate, and zoning law. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Monari is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Joseph's College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University, Camden.
