Shawn C Huber is a partner with Brown & Connery, LLP, where he concentrates his practice in personal injury, commercial litigation, municipal law, and subrogation matters. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Huber formerly served as the municipal prosecutor for the Boroughs of Pine Hill, Mt. Ephraim, and Clementon. He has extensive litigation experience in personal injury and product liability matters including those involving automobile, truck, bus, and boat accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death and slip and fall accidents. Mr. Huber also handles workers' compensation subrogation matters on behalf of employers and their insurance carriers. He is a member of the American, Federal, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Philadelphia bar associations. Mr. Huber is also a member of the American and New Jersey Associations for Justice and Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. He earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from St. Joseph's University and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University of Law-Camden.
