is an attorney with Hartman & Winnicki PC, where he concentrates his practice in litigation, which encompasses many areas that include civil rights and constitutional law, Second Amendment and other firearms-related issues, and much more. He has presented and won multiple cases that involve a variety of gun laws. Mr. Schmutter has lectured and been published in leading New Jersey newspapers regarding Second Amendment matters. He is admitted to practice in numerous courts, including New Jersey and New York; and before the U.S District Court, District of New Jersey; U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western districts of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second and Third circuits; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Schmutter earned his B.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
