Rick S. Geiger, Esq.
is the principal at the Law Office of Rick S. Geiger, LLC & Geiger Gaming Law. He has a traditional business, and business litigation practice, including business start-ups, contracts, employment law, and general litigation. Mr. Geiger is also a well-known expert in gaming and gambling law, including online gaming and gambling, traditional casino gaming, e-sports law, software licensing, legal compliance for gaming and gambling, econometric analysis for casinos, and gaming companies. He is also a business executive with extensive experience in technology management. Mr. Geiger has the unique background and experience of working both as an attorney and as a business executive in all aspects of gaming, virtual worlds gaming, payment systems, and gaming business management. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester and a J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Geiger is a member of the New York State Bar Association and U.S. District Courts and Appellate Courts.

is an attorney with the firm of Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petigrow & Mayle, LLP, where she is involved in collective bargaining in both the public and private sector, employee discipline matters, litigation matters, and assisting clients with policy formulation and concerns, including polices on gender equity. Ms. Bass is also involved in sports law as it relates to educational institutions. She has extensive experience in NCAA compliance, and served on university and athletic conference committees on leadership, gender equity, and diversity. Ms. Bass received her Undergraduate Degree from Brown University, her Masters in Education Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

is a senior associate at Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petigrow & Mayle, LLP. Her practice has primarily focused on employment discrimination litigation for private, public and non-profit employers in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. Ms. Massen has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and counseling clients across the life-cycle of personnel issues, with particular expertise in leave management issues. She earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania; her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Pace University, The Elisabeth Haub School of Law; her master's degree, summa cum laude, from New York University, Wagner School of Public Policy; as well as Oxford University, Trinity College. Ms. Massen is admitted to practice law in New York.

is an attorney with Koblentz, Penvose & Froning, LLC.
