is senior counsel at Abbott & Kindermann, Inc. He litigates disputes involving land use, real estate, constitutional takings, local government law, and commercial transactions. Mr. Hansen advises clients on matters involving real property disputes, business slaw, environmental law, and local government matters. He often speaks at conferences and seminars on these issues. Mr. Hansen is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association (chairman, Real Property Section; member, Environmental Section), and the State Bar of California (Business Law Section, Agribusiness Committee). He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Biola University; and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
