Jeremy S. Grant
is a dedicated attorney committed to providing effective legal solutions to his clients. With over a decade of litigation experience, Jeremy understands the importance of resolving issues prior to litigation whenever possible, saving clients time and money while achieving optimal outcomes. However, when litigation becomes necessary, Jeremy approaches it with a balanced and determined approach, always striving to protect his clients' interests. Jeremy's expertise in employment law extends to advising clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). With a focus on proactive guidance, he helps employers manage difficult employment issues to avoid litigation and conducts independent workplace investigations. Jeremy frequently presents on various employment and HR topics and guides clients through difficult HR issues of various types. He also drafts employee handbooks, employee benefits, and employment contracts. Jeremy graduated from Boston University School of Law, Cum Laude, with a concentration in intellectual property, earning honors for his academic achievements. He also has a master's degree in International Environmental Policy and Chinese from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

Sarah E. Worley
is principal of Sarah E. Worley Conflict Resolution, P.C., a nationally and locally recognized mediator and arbitrator with more than 34 years of legal experience, including 27 years as a neutral mediator/arbitrator. She is a seasoned trial attorney who has first-chaired jury trials throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ms. Worley is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and has been recognized by Super Lawyers and Top Women of Law in Massachusetts. She has mediated or arbitrated more than 10,000 cases and has served as a case evaluator, special master, and workplace negotiator. Ms. Worley has been quoted in Lawyers Weekly, Law 360, and has written articles for the Massachusetts Bar Journal, Massachusetts Bar Association Section Review, and the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice section. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s ADR committee and serves as an appointed member of the Boston Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law committee. Ms. Worley is the co-author of the "Massachusetts Practice Series," Volume 47, Mediation and Arbitration, 2002 edition. She mediates and arbitrates disputes throughout New England, United States and Canada, and works with counsel nationwide on complex matters and has served as a court-appointed Discovery Master and Special Master in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has mediated and arbitrated personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, product liability and product failure cases, professional and medical malpractice actions, subrogation disputes, business disputes, insurance coverage disputes, construction cases, discrimination and harassment cases, and labor disputes, and has served as a case evaluator in complex multi-jurisdictional matters. Ms. Worley has worked extensively on matters involving injury to children, and serves as a mediator in divorce and family matters involving high net worth individuals. She earned her B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and her J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Peter L. Frattarelli
is a partner with Archer & Greiner P.C., where he is chair of the labor and employment department. He regularly represents management and employers in labor and employment litigation and proceedings. Mr. Frattarelli is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, including an executive committee position with the Labor and Employment Law Section; Delaware State Bar Association; American Bar Association; Camden County (New Jersey) Bar Association; barrister, Sidney Reitman Labor and Employment Law Inns of Court; and Justinian Society (Italian-American attorneys organization). He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court (Delaware, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey). Mr. Frattarelli earned his B.S. degree from Drexel University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
