Todd F. La Neve
of La Neve Law Offices has been in private practice for 32 years, with a focus on criminal defense matters, self-defense law, and Second Amendment related issues. His practice based in Clarkburg is statewide. Mr. La Neve has represented several thousand clients in matters arising from every county of the state. He earned his B.S. degree (1989) and his J.D. degree (1992) from West Virginia University. An avid firearms enthusiast, Mr. La Neve routinely attends training courses and speaks to groups about West Virginia's self-defense and firearms laws. He is the author of West Virginia Gun Law: Armed and Educated, a 2022 release written in conjunction with his legal work with U.S. LawShield.

Mark Graziani
is an attorney and owner of Graziani Law, LLC located in Barberton, Ohio. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy protection, estate planning, and probate throughout Ohio from his office in Barberton. Additionally, Mr. Graziani is a veteran and provides services for fellow veterans. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Ohio State University in astronomy; his Master's degree in business administration, with honors, from the University of Akron; and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.

G. Kenneth Robertson, Esq.
is a partner with Hendrickson & Long PLLC. His practice areas include civil litigation, business and commercial, contracts, insurance law, municipal law, personal injury, product liability, and toxic tort and chemical exposure. Mr. Robertson earned his B.S. degree from West Virginia State College and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, Kanawha County Bar, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, Bible Center Church where he serves as a SERT (Security Emergency Response Team) member, and State Liaison for Defense Research Institute. Mr. Robertson is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Appeal of West Virginia, U.S.District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of West Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit, and U.S. States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

M. Reed Martz
is a member of Freeland Martz, PLLC, in Oxford. A long time shooter and sportsman, he is a recognized champion of 2nd Amendment civil rights and a specialist in issues of self-defense and justified use of force. Mr. Martz has participated in numerous shooting and educational courses by renowned trainers such as Massad Ayoob, Andrew Branca, Tom Givens, and others. He is on the recommended counsel list of several national organizations, including the Armed Citizens' Legal Defense Network and United States Concealed Carry Association. Mr. Martz serves as counsel to numerous instructors, firing ranges, and individuals on issues such as gun laws, liability, and lawful self-defense. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi. Mr. Martz practices in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia.

James D. Vilos
is a sole practitioner at James D. Vilos P.C., whose practice focuses on representing civil liability cases involving shootings and criminal cases involving weapons. He is the author of Self Defense Laws of All 50 States (2nd edition), and Utah Gun Law (5th edition). Mr. Vilos is a member of the Utah Association for Justice (civil trial lawyers) and Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School.
