Mark West
is a sole practitioner in San Gabriel, where he practices in plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death, products liability law, medical malpractice, and business civil litigation. He has published several articles and frequently lectures. Mr. West is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Southern U.S. District Courts in California; Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and Supreme Court of the United States. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the state and U.S. District Court for Nevada and the U.S. District Court for Minnesota. Mr. West is a member of the American and Los Angeles County bar associations, State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California (past legislative district coordinator), and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He earned his B.S. degree from New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University) and his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law.

is the principal in the trial law specialty firm Bear Republic Law APC, located in Orange County, California. The firm focuses its expertise on the prosecution of civil wrongdoers, individual, corporate and governmental, whose conduct causes personal injury and economic loss. Mr. Mathews is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a selected member of the Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers in America, and his jury verdicts seat him with the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is the co-author of the widely used California Practice Guide, California Causes of Action, published by James Publishing. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, Orange County Trial Lawyers, and Western Trial Lawyers Association.

Philip A. Greenberg
has provided skilled and highly personalized representation to his clients for more than 45 years. During this time, his firm has helped clients with family law and business matters in a wide range of civil litigation. Mr. Greenberg judges multiple rounds, including the finals of the National Trial Competition in Virginia. He has co-authored a book titled Divorce Insights, which was published and is being sold by Amazon Books. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, both state and federal courts, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Zachary B. Pyers
is a partner in the Columbus, Ohio office of Reminger Co., L.P.A., and is licensed to practice in Ohio, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including complex litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability, and general liability. Mr. Pyers has represented numerous professions in professional liability claims, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, insurance agents and investment advisors. He is an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School, where he teaches courses in depositions, e-discovery, and the school's Mock Trial Competition team. Mr. Pyers earned his LL.M. degree in business at Capital University Law School; his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School.

Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. Mr. Cohan has been litigating business and employment disputes. Mr. Cohan has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a Verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. Mr. Cohan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. He has served as Chair of the Litigation Section - the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has also chaired the Small Firm section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation - the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

Jena G. Emory
is of counsel at Copeland Stair Valz & Lovell, LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on insurance coverage defense. Prior to joining Copeland Stair Valz & Lovell, LLP, Ms. Emory practiced at an Atlanta area civil litigation firm. While there, she defended clients in insurance coverage and general liability cases. Ms. Emory has tried cases solo in Superior Court and Magistrate Court. She is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Emory is currently an officer as co-editor of The YLD Review. She is a graduate of the 2020 YLD Leadership Academy and has written numerous articles for The YLD Review. Ms. Emory received the 2021-2022 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Public, 2020-2021 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Public, and the 2019-2020 YLD Achievement Award for Service to the Profession. She is also on the Editorial Board for the Georgia Bar Journal. In addition, Ms. Emory is on the Selection Committee for the Justice Robert Benham Awards for the Chief Justice's Commission on Professionalism. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina, with a double major in economics and global supply chain and operations management with a minor in music. Ms. Emory earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was the submissions editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, as well as an author of numerous publications. After graduating from law school, she was a fellow for Judge William ("Billy") Ray, II at the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Daniel M. Schiavetta
is of counsel at Russo & Gould LLP, who specializes in nursing home and adult residential facility defense and has wide experience in appellate and insurance coverage litigation. He has prosecuted rescission, declaratory judgment and interpleader actions in state and federal court on behalf of various insurers; and has tried cases involving medical malpractice and premises liability. Mr. Schiavetta gives presentations to nursing homes as to charting and litigation issues and is responsible for two changes in case law. He earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Mr. Schiavetta is admitted to New York and New Jersey federal courts, and Second Circuit Court of Appeals and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, New Rochelle Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. His recent book, The Supreme Court for Short Attention Spans, is available on Amazon.

is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on franchise and dealer disputes, real estate, and complex commercial matters. He has been the lead attorney in over 100 trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums.
