Andrew J. Kyreakakis
is a partner at Weiner Law Group LLP. He is a certified civil trial attorney who has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller corporations and individuals in a wide range of litigation matters. Mr. Kyreakakis has represented clients in commercial litigation, products liability, toxic torts, estate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional malpractice, business consumer fraud, manufacturer-distributor litigation, real estate litigation and personal injury matters. He has extensive trial and appeals experience, both in federal and state courts. Mr. Kyreakakis has 37 reported decisions, including cases in the New Jersey Supreme Court and New Jersey Appellate Division, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He represented a national company in several hundred cases in a major products liability matter captioned as the New Jersey Breast Implant Litigation. In 2012, Mr. Kyreakakis obtained an important victory from the New Jersey Supreme Court where the court set forth important guidelines as to the time a party has to file a claim for misappropriation of customer accounts and other proprietary assets of a business. He recently represented a major book publisher in a case filed under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Kyreakakis has won several multi-million dollar verdicts for his clients, some of which are reported decisions, and he has also obtained numerous dismissals and no causes for clients he has defended. He earned his A.B .degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree from Yale Law School. Mr. Kyreakakis is the author of “New Jersey Trial Evidence and Procedure” (ALM Media Books 2025).

Joseph L. Messa, Jr.
is the founding partner of Messa & Associates, P.C. Mr. Messa handles cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, transportation accidents, construction and workplace injuries, fire, medical device, drug products liability, and other fields of complex personal injury litigation. He has represented clients from around the country and received seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice, products liability, fire, and construction/work injury matters. Mr. Messa also serves the legal community by presenting lectures on medical malpractice, products liability, managed care liability, drugs and medical devices, and transportation accidents. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice, Camden and Burlington County, New Jersey bar associations, and the Justinian Society. Mr. Messa has also served on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Trial Association since 2006 (secretary from 2009-2011, vice president from 2013-2014 and president from 2015-2016). He is a graduate of Tulane University and Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

John M. Cinti
is an attorney with the law firm of Mintzer Sarowitz Zeris & Willis LLC, where he has focused his practice on civil litigation, concentrating on personal injury with an emphasis on matters involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Additionally, Mr. Cinti has regularly brought his talents to the aid of clients in disputes involving breach of contract and a variety of commercial torts. He also has significant experience in assisting clients in various aspects of insurance coverage, including bad faith claims, declaratory judgment and insurance agent/broker malpractice. , CPA/ABV/CVA/CFF, is managing member of Abo and Company, LLC and a certified public accountant with offices in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and Morrisville, Pennsylvania. He is co-managing member of Abo Cipolla Financial Forensics LLC, an affiliate of the core accounting firm exclusively providing expert witness testimony on financial matters and other litigation support services as well as business valuations. Mr. Abo has comprehensive experience in individual and corporate financial, business and tax planning. His previous experience includes several years with the tax department and audit staff of a Big Four CPA firm, as well as regional firms, before he founded the present enterprise. Mr. Abo assists attorneys to strengthen their cases by clarifying language and economic concepts, preparing useful exhibits and reports, and testifying as an expert witness. Mr. Abo earned his B.S. degree from Syracuse University. He holds the professional designation of Certified Valuation Analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and has been awarded the designation of ABV, Accredited in Business Valuation, and CFF Certified in Financial Forensics, by the American Institute of CPAs.

Anthony Sango
is an associate attorney with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC in the litigation, and controlled substances & regulatory law departments. His practice comprises a range of business and civil litigation matters. Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Mr. Sango was an attorney at an AmLaw 200 firm dedicated to civil defense litigation. While there, he handled cases related to personal injury, professional liability, sports and entertainment, product liability, and premises liability. In law school, Mr. Sango interned for the Government and Health Fraud Section in New Jersey's Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a graduate assistant to Amy Matey, J.D. at the Center for Health and Pharmaceutical Law and Policy. He also participated in Seton Hall Law School's Health Justice Clinic, where he assisted military veterans in receiving VA benefits and appealing VA decisions, as well as researching and writing on topics such as disability rights and the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Sango was also a judicial intern for The Honorable Nora Grimbergen. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.

Andrew P. Bolson
is a partner with Meyerson Fox & Conte, P.A. Maintaining a diversified law practice, he focuses on commercial and estate litigation, business law, real estate and land use applications, municipal court matters, guardianship law, and estate planning. Mr. Bolson also serves as outside general counsel for several small and closely held businesses, nonprofits, landlords, and entrepreneurs, who he advises on commercial transactions, contracts, employment related matters, and landlord/tenant issues. He has a particular interest in privacy and Internet policy, particularly with issues surrounding online hate speech and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Mr. Bolson has written extensively on Section 230 of the CDA, and his writings have been published in thehill.com, New Jersey Law Journal and in other publications. He was the featured guest on the Information Technology & Innovation Foundation Podcast about Section 230 and the Need for Change. Mr. Bolson earned his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 2005 and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 2010. While in law school, he was selected to be a member of the Rutgers Law Review and he served in his final year as one of the Journal's managing editors. In 2009, Mr. Bolson was awarded the prestigious Henry J. Raimondo Fellowship by the Eagleton Institute of Politics. As part of the fellowship, he worked a semester at the New Jersey Senate Majority Office. Mr. Bolson is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey, and in the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
