She also served 12 years as a Navy Judge Advocate (JAG) attorney around the world, including Japan, Afghanistan, Virginia, Mississippi and Hawaii with experience in prosecution, defense, and in-house counsel. Ms. Jackler earned her B.A. degree from Columbia University and her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law.
