Pamela Patterson
is senior counsel at Bitman O'Brien, where she focuses on business law and litigation, construction law, consumer law, commercial litigation, employment law and intellectual property litigation. She earned her B.S. degree from Florida International University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Barry University School of Law.

Adam E. Richards
is a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC. He is board-certified in construction law by The Florida Bar, a distinction earned by less than 1% of Florida lawyers. Mr. Richards' passion lies in guiding clients through Florida's complex construction and development landscape, offering comprehensive support from negotiating agreements before a shovel hits the ground to dispute resolution efforts post-completion. Previously, he served as general counsel and vice president of operations for South Florida's largest residential roofing contractor. This invaluable experience deepened Mr. Richards' understanding of not only the construction industry, but of business, including operations, processes, management and customer service. His complex construction experience includes contract disputes, delays, non-payment claims, liens, bonds, defects, insurance claims/loss events, damages to property, catastrophic injuries/fatalities, and risk transfer/indemnity matters both pre-suit and in litigation. Mr. Richards earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University and J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law.

Kimberly D. Thresher
focuses on construction, commercial, and franchise litigation and transactional matters at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Over her more than two decades of experience, she has handled a wide range of legal issues, with specific focus on corporate and construction law over the last 17 years. Ms. Thresher is known for her aggressive representation of clients and her commitment to being a fierce advocate, whether in court or while drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements. She has played a key role in helping form numerous companies while providing strategic guidance to help ensure their success. Throughout her career, Ms. Thresher has worked for large firms, had her own practice and worked with her family at Thresher & Thresher, P.A., where she handled construction law matters. She expanded the firm's scope by building a corporate practice, representing clients for almost 11 years there. Over the course of her career, the breadth of Ms. Thresher's experience ranged from handling medical malpractice and insurance defense matters, serving as general counsel to a Tampa start-up company to construction law and commercial litigation. Given her extensive construction law experience, she became board-certified in construction law in 2024. Ms. Thresher earned her B.A. degree from Florida Southern College and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

Gabriela Timis
is an attorney at Dentons. She represents clients in a variety of industries and business sectors in complex commercial litigation matters, including transactional disputes, business torts, construction disputes, products liability defense, and financial services litigation. Ms. Timis has experience in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels. Before joining the firm, she was an associate at a multidisciplinary Am Law 200 firm in Naples, Florida where she handled complex commercial litigation matters. Ms. Timis earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Florida State University and her J.D, degree, cum laude, from Florida State University.

Ralf R. Rodriguez
is a member at Cozen O'Connor, where his practice is focused on construction law. Mr. Rodriguez has experience representing domestic and international general contractors, construction managers, sureties, and other construction professionals in the United States and abroad in negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and mediation of construction and design defect claims, insurance claims, surety bond claims, and related matters. He also handles a broad range of matters including commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, internal integrity reviews, risk assessment and management, regulatory compliance, business torts, employment litigation, insurance claims, environmental law, and transportation law. A large part of Mr. Rodriguez's practice also involves representing corporate clients in completing internal investigations of sensitive matters and responding to governmental inquiries, defending regulatory actions and fraud claims, including advising on compliance with anti-corruption laws such as the False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and similar legislation. He has worked with numerous corporate clients in structuring and reassessing their corporate compliance and training programs. Mr. Rodriguez has aided clients in completing numerous investigations of sensitive matters in foreign jurisdictions, including Latin America and the Caribbean. He has also handled litigation of shareholder disputes, white-collar criminal defense, enforcement of non-compete agreements, trademark rights, zoning waivers, landlord/tenant disputes, environmental compliance, bankruptcy litigation, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Rodriguez earned his B.A. degree from University of Florida and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from University of Miami School of Law.
